A few weeks back, a member of staff pushed his trolley full of stock into my boyfriend and I as he was coming out of the storage room, rather than bothering to ask us to move out of the way. This is the second time the same person has done that as a few weeks prior, I was crouching down on one of the lower shelves and he almost hit my head with his trolley coming out of the same room. I was once a daily shopper but due to the out of date produce and rude service I try to avoid the place. Today I went in to grab some cereal. I had a bag of woolies branded frozen blueberries in my arm when I approached the counter. The woman gestured for me to give them to her to scan them but I explained they were from Woolworths and showed her the package. She gestured for me to give them to her again, as if she didn't believe me and then would also not ring through my 1 purchase of cereal. After another few seconds of this totally unnecessary stand off, I walked out of the store without the cereal. I don't appreciate the insinuation that I was trying to steal the blueberries and can't help but think that its pure laziness or misplaced ego to not look at the Woolworths logo when I pointed it out and to continue to insist that I pay for blueberries that clearly did not come from this store. This place is lucky it's the only option for locals, as it's produce and customer service is woeful.
