I didn t worked in ideeo but heard a lot bad about the behaviour of the company seniors towards their employees.
Pros: friendly environment with coworkers.
Cons: Manager driven and manager has more power. All are depends on your manager. No hike for last 2 yrs. You should say 'yes' for what ever manager says. Else you won't get any hike for sure. Manager does not know how to run a project. Non technical manager won't understand any technical issues. HR can't take any decision and they needs to depend / obey with the CEO.
Advice to Management
Please layoff all the poor middle management people and recruit from good company.
I have been fortunate to work under IDEEO as a trainee for the past few months. IDEEO has a friendly environment for freshers and experienced. Our trainer Mr. Vijay and project manager Mr. PurnaChandhar Reddy were very friendly and supportive, they help you out in any situation without any hesitation. Speaking of the company I would only mention one thing, CEO of the company Mr. Sridhar Reddy was awarded with Indian Achiever s Award for Entrepreneur of the Year-2020 by the Indian Achiever s Forum (IAF), this says a lot about the company and how the Customers have been valued and Employee s being taken care of.
I highly recommend this company for all the future professionals who want to work in and I'm available for further reference if needed.
