Called many times to a busy phone. None of their numbers would pick up. I used their chat now service on their website to talk to someone who said they would have the team call me so we could schedule a time for me to come in. They never did after I used the chat service 3 times. The car I wanted and was willing to buy that day was gone after a week of them not getting back to me.
First time using Audi Newton for my Audi A5 Sportback and it was an outstanding experience. I was in for the 30,000 maintenance and these guys did a great job. I especially appreciated that they took the time to make sure everything was in proper working order.
Marc Scalera communicated with me often and kept me up to date on the progress of the service. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. I'll use this dealer again for service.

We bought an Audi back in Feb and had a horrible experience. I honestly did not want to buy the car it was so bad. The salesman was awful, and is no longer with the company. The GM was the only reason we bought the car, he too is now gone.
I went in today with an appointment to pick up a key and the registration. I was unhappy that the Audi system was down and they were not going to be able to help me. I asked for a loaner car to run my errands while they waited on the system. When I came back, the keys were programmed and I only needed help with the Audit Connect. With a very new staff, the new GM, Jeff Bassett, came to show me the Connect system. When he learned how bad my initial experience was he started asking me what I knew about the car's features and the truth was, not much. Jeff sat with me for about 45 minutes showing me all the features of my car. All things I should have been shown at the purchase. It was not until today that I was actually happy with this purchase. Mr. Bassett gave me a direct link to reach him and offered his expertise at any time. I am beyond thrilled with this experience.
Give this dealership a chance. Give Jeff Bassett a chance to train his very new staff and get them up and running and I suspect you too will be very happy with their service!

When it comes to cars, I'm a very careful and comparative shopper. Audi Newton appeared as the least expensive (and best value) option, within a 250 mile radius search on True Car, for the specific make and model I wanted. I called the dealership and spoke to the salesman Dennis who was very helpful in answering all my preliminary questions. I further concluded, through extensive research on CARFAX, AUTO TRADER, TRUE CAR etc, that it was the best priced option in the country. The next day I took the drive from Brooklyn to test drive, where I met the owner, Joe. He is an extremely knowledgeable, genuine and honest guy with a true love for cars. Im addition to the Audis, there is a HUGE used car lot with hundreds of cars of various brands. Furthermore, Joe gave me an additional discount on the car, which I REALLY appreciated, and also helped me out a lot on my trade-in. The finance girl was super fast, organized and efficient, as the paperwork was electronic and seamless. This was an excellent buying experience.
April 2021 was my first experience with Newton Audi and it was an excellent one. Was looking at A4s and Jeff couldn t have been better at working with me. He explained the car in great detail, it s nice to talk to someone who knows their product very well. I d highly recommend Jeff and everyone else, they took care of me, worked with me on prices and details. Terrific experience!!
This past Saturday my Dad spoke with Mark Scalera about a problem he was having with his A4 review mirror. Mark said to come right down and he would take a look at it. After 20 minutes Mark had the car back out front and the issue was fixed. He was courteous, friendly and efficient. We highly recommend Audi of Newton and Mark. Bob C
I ordered a car from Flemington Audi....I really wanted to see the color so I took a drive up to Newton Audi. They have the color in stock so I took the 90 min drive North. The new building looks great, and the people i spoke with were A+ . Thank you Alexis, and thank you Jeff Bassett for being a Pro. You both knew I had a deal with Flemington, and still took the time to go over the car with me. As a Sales guy, I can tell you that is a trait you can't teach. Kudos Newton.
