I had a appointment at 7:30 a.m. for an oil change and a recall fix. They told me it will take around 3 hours and I asked if they could possibly get it done ASAP because I had class and had to leave by 11am the latest. They pushed me to the front and got the car done in 2 hours. The service assistant Erinn was very helpful in getting the car in quickly and I appreciate them getting it done for me in a timely matter.
It is not recommended to come here to change the oil. I was here on January 25 to change the oil and wash the car. My car broke down after changing the oil. The main driver's door could not be closed or opened. The damage was very serious. They proposed to Fix it for me. Let me drive another car first. I didn't say anything. My car was repaired after 5 days. But it feels very perfunctory. The door is down. It bounces up a little when the door is closed. Now I need to close the door harder. I didn't even install the contents. I didn't have a whole row of buttons. Then I am very grateful to them for giving me a free oil change next time. But I won't go to their place to change the oil again. This is really unsafe. It's terrible...
On Monday I went to service my leased car and I asked about Trading up my car. Juan helped me and it was great help! He let me test drive the cars, helped me to be in the price I wanted to be and helped me save money in insurance! Juan and Toyota team were fantastic. Even when I take my car to service they are always very nice, and if there is an issue they are there to help you right away. Love Toyota Morristown team.
