They act with efficiency and allow enough flexibility for students regarding housing matters.

much better than dijkgraaf and hoevestein building in terms of cleanliness; but you need to be proactive to report any complaints to the caretaker (please take some picture as proof to strenghten your contention), most of the time they dont take it serious (safety from random guy in the elevator at night, the work of cleaning company, etc)

Few stuffs really cause headache. Idealis don't accept rent in cash. Though they don't mention it while I was in India. I faced bit trouble with their bank/ card only payment system. However room they provide was nice.

Memorable place to stay, they have cleaning service so we don t need to worry about a mess bathroom or corridor. Huge place to stay alone at Wageningen and nice place to have own kitchen.
