Fair Ridge is the best OB/GYN practice in NOVA! Dr. Hodges delivered my now nearly 6 year old - I am so grateful for his calm expertise on that crazy day. I saw Cynthia Stone for my recent visit. She was new to me but she listened, spent time with me, and gave great information. I am so grateful to have such wonderful providers!
Fair Ridge has Covid safety in mind. I was very impressed with their plan. Dr Jamie Zaita is such a wonderful doctor! She is very personable and takes interest in her patients lives. I highly recommend her!
I highly recommend Dr. Hodges. He is efficient, reliable, and clearly has a lot of medical experience. The staff is great! My visits always go smoothly and comfortably.
I love Dr. Hodges. I can't describe how amazing, kind, professional, respectful, understanding, caring, and most importantly how knowledgeable he is. As a nurse practitioner myself, I truly trust this doctor, and I highly recommend Dr. Hidges.

This is a great practice. Dr. Hodges, his nurse Lisa, and the entire staff are extremely polite and courteous. Dr. Hodges is a wonderful doctor who patiently addresses all your concerns and makes you feel completely at ease.

Wow! So friendly and helpful! It has been a chore trying to get my records from my previous OBGYN. The clinic went out of their way to one not only get them on the phone but to help obtain me as new patient. I will say Mercela is so kind over the phone! Very professional. And not to mention the office manger herd how frustrated I was in the
situation went ahead and helped me get started! I can't wait for my appointment.
I'm a patient here and I love this office and its staff. It's really hard to find an OB where both the doctors and the staff are friendly and professional. Even during COVID-19, I was able to make my necessary appointments. My doctor (Dr. Pickford) is incredibly responsive on the online communications. I received a thoughtful response within 24 hours always and she even helped me fill my prescription when I was on vacation. She is thoughtful and patient with my questions, helping make sure I understand everything and each step of the process. She has a wonderful manner that has always put me at ease, even when things are uncomfortable.
Care is good at this facility but administration is terrible. They don't manage their billing and sent out multiple bills for the same service. Since I was not aware of the services that had been provided (just not my business) I paid this multiple times. Now the payment, with Fair Ridge OB/GYN as the recipient, was transferred to another provider that is part of another practice. It is up to me to figure out where it was sent and reclaim it. The practice take no responsibilities for their billing and the overall group is impossible to reach. As I said, care is good but they are not worth the billing run around. Find somewhere else to go that will actually take responsibility.
I had a great experience in this practice when I had my first son. I personally love Dr. Pickford and Dr. Hodges who delivered my son. I can't say enough good things about them. All the Drs are great really.
