iconic doesn't deserve a star. Feel like a company with stupid staff. No experience to direct the customers in proper way. Just wasted our time and hard work. PLEASE DO NOT SELECT iconic ...IT'S A SINCERE WARNING FROM MY EXPERIENCE.

WARNING! Do not use iconic home loans. They were so incompetent that I had to chase them up about why my first home owners grant had never been put through and why my bank had not received any documents about my final payment, I had to send these forms off to the bank myself. Despite completing all the paperwork for my FHOG and being approved I nearly didn't receive it because of IHL and now my handover is going to be delayed because they didn't forward my final payment documents to the bank. Also when I told them I wanted the final payment as a bank cheque they said that was impossible and that banks don't do that, when I asked my bank they said they do it all the time and it's no problem and that the only reason they can think why IHL would say that is so they have to do less paperwork. Also earlier on in our building our main person with IHL left the company nobody informed us and I had to chase up why nothing was happening. Use them at your own risk.
