I am very happy with the face to face medical attention I have received. The access to timely refills or lack of information of the time a new script, etc, will take to get to my pharmacy, is frustrating for me and my pharmacy. Everyone is very kind and professional when you finally get to talk to them. Also, my Patient Portal, even after given a new password from the office, is not accessible.
