I am very happy with the face to face medical attention I have received. The access to timely refills or lack of information of the time a new script, etc, will take to get to my pharmacy, is frustrating for me and my pharmacy. Everyone is very kind and professional when you finally get to talk to them. Also, my Patient Portal, even after given a new password from the office, is not accessible. Please put an attachment on your business site for the Portal! Hope this helps you continue to serve us, but a little more easily

I have nothing but great things to say about BCH Primary Care. I followed these doctors from their old location to their new location because I like them so much. They are absolutely amazing and really, truly care about their patients.

Whenever I go in they take any and all of my concerns seriously and address them as quickly as possible. One of my recent visits was due to heart palpitations and they gave me an EKG on the spot. There have been multiple occasions where I've needed treatment (like when I cut my thumb almost in half but taped it up at home until the following day) and the triage nurse saw me last minute.

Also, I've never had to sit longer than 5 minutes in the waiting area for a scheduled appointment. The nurses and staff are extremely friendly, kind, helpful, and personable. Everyone there really wants to help patients and keep them feeling well!

I do enjoy some of the staff. The face to face interactions are great, BUT there is some sort of problem getting scipts filled or for an actual nurse to talk to.
I absolutely enjoy my physical visit most times. Once in a while i have a nurse that is obviously upset with my choice of life style. I'm not Christian apparently.
I am disappointed by staff for not understanding or getting anything done quickly.

BCH Primary Care reception staff would really benefit from customer service and effective communication training. Every time I call I feel like I am bothering them. Every time they say they will call you back, they don t. I had to wear a heart monitor for two days and they never called to follow up. It s impossible to get anyone there to take notes on phone calls or updates. Every time I call I have to start from scratch. It s impossible to get any actual care.
My car mechanic knows me and my car better than Primary Care knows me and my health ... even after 8 plus years of being a patient.

A man claiming to be from "BCH Primary Care" called my phone and attempted to lure me into a scam saying I've been selected for something. (I cut him off, idc... I've never talked to these people in my life, why would I trust them?) I live an hour and a half away and despise springville. I've never visited this hospital or any of it's branches. I wish to be removed from telemarketing lists. You have my phone number. I don't doubt you have my email too. Shoot me a message to have this removed.

DO NOT call them unless you want to be contacted by telemarketers. If they've bought my phone number they're probably going to record yours too.

Wait time is a joke! Also getting a script filled is to difficult! Requested last Thursday here it is Monday and my son still has no meds! His 6, not fair to play games with his meds. I've called the office twice today and no solution! We will be finding a better office that actually cares about the patients!
