I am a patient at Sheridan Medical Group and from my experience I have to say that they are terrific!!! Kind, always available, extremely knowledgeable, and attentive are just a few ways to describe them. I would personally endorse them.
There office has changed so much staff and lost their attention to detail. I used to love it now noo e knows whats goi g on and the messed up the billing so much they had to have a company come in and fix it and now. Charging me back pay for 2 years worth of visits because they never sent out bills. This company fell when Anna (sw)and dr Sean and the office manager/ receptionist left.
I called on Monday for BW results it s been for two weeks since I called never got phone call back from the nurse.
My husband and I have been patients for around 15 yrs. Dr Jain and Dr. Carlson are wonderful doctors who always give us plenty of time and detailed attention. They have a great team approach with their support staff. The office support is currently one of the best they've had. We also like the 24/7 phone support which we have used several times. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a doctor.
You can never get a hold of these people. I tried for several days to call them because my throat has been non stop killing me. They finally pick up just to tell me the only thing to do is gargle salt water and use cough drops. And this happens almost everytime I have an issue requiring medical assistance. Very unreliable doctor's office!!
Great doctors and nurses. Never have a problem getting a hold of them. Also can use the portal to message them and get a fast response. Great people that know what they're talking about and don't just push medicine or drugs.
It's a mess, staff is a joke, only go here if you need a band-aid, Anna left, all new staff!!!!!
Have been a patient for 9 years. Dr. has to be reminded every appointment of a very serious medical condition. Can't take a moment to check chart before walking in. Nurses say will call back and don't. Call back the next day only to be blown off for another 8 hours. I've heard "drink plenty of water, try yoga, and take vitamin D" for almost every complaint. Clearly it has not resolved it. Last straw was after having doctor call an hour late for tele-appointment (have never once seen anyone without at least a 25 minute wait), stressed that my symptoms for the last 2 years are worsening and I don't feel I'm being listened to. I also usually feel rushed, so I just need to talk this out. I was listened to for 7 minutes, told the same mantra as above, and otherwise it may be something to just get used to, but it does sound "very difficult" and "I'm sorry you're feeling that". 3 hours later I get a searing burning headache and begin shaking uncontrollably. Called nurse line but someone will get back to me... 45 minutes later- drink water and take an Aleve.
