Bamboozle (WA) Pty LTD Review

I did a lot of research before choosing these guys. 4 years later I am still happy with my choice
Mainly because of the great quality of work and product, but mostly because of the customer service. The lady that helped me was amazing. She was patient and accommodating.
I had a minor issue and it was dealt with immediately and well. A true sign of good customer service.
I have recommended these guys to several people who are very happy too.

Every time I look at my floor I still love it.

My husband and I had been considering changing our floors from the tired old tiles to a more modern wood floor. Once we made our decision we visited no less than 4 retailers. The first 3 were okay - the salesman wanted to talk more about cost which was a factor, but we wanted to make sure the transformation wouldn't be too hard eg: ripping up the old tiles etc. which we didn't have to do after all. Craig put down a sample for a couple of weeks and it was perfect!

After we left the 3 store my husband said lets go into Bamboozle. By this stage I was worn out and said "lets not - I'm over it" but he insisted and I am SO GLAD HE DID!

From the minute we walked in we knew - this is a professional organisation. The sales person (I think her name is Lucia) was awesome. Talked us through all the features and the process, gave us a couple of samples to take home.

We had both decided on Caramel but when we went home and put the samples down for a few days we changed to Honey.

The whole process was seamless; from quote to installation. We went away for a week and came back to a new amazing floor.

My flooring looks amazing. Both upstairs, downstairs and the staircase. Great service, the installer was lovely and after service been amazing. Very happy. Would definitely recommend them.

While the product itself is great, the organisation and installation left a lot to be desired.
They're excellent at chasing the money though...

We recently dealt with the team at Bamboozle after investigating many flooring options for our new home. The team were super helpful, patient - answering all our queries, knowledgeable on the product they sell & are passionate about - from the first meeting to the final fitout & laying. Highly recommend & our caramel bamboo floor is beautiful!

Product shown by sales staff in showroom was not same as product delivered to our home after deposit was paid. No explanation was offered other than "that's all we have in our warehouse"! Engineered product in showroom had much thicker veneer than that delivered, so we rejected it. It makes it ultra difficult to compare quotes if companies like this are not quoting us for the product that they intend to install. We were totally bamboozled by this bait and switch!

Had my floor installed this week. Fast and efficient from the quote to the installation.
The staff at the shop (Craig) were very friendly and helpful. The installer was very professional and tidy, most of all he did an amazing job.
The flooring itself is very hard wearing and looks fantastic.
Very happy with the whole process from start to finish.

We had bamboo flooring from Bamboozle in our last home. It still looked amazing 8 years on, prior to selling. In fact the purchasers said that was one of reasons our home appealed to them. We are definitely having Bamboozle lay our flooring in our new build. The are very professional and the job was done on time.

Had a new spotted gum floor installed by Bamboozle and we are extremely pleased with it. From the salesperson (Tony), to the supervisor (Jeremy) and the installer (Aaron) we have nothing but praise. The service has been fantastic. Jeremy was very thorough when he came to check our existing flooring to make sure everything would work okay (we had existing tiles on the floor) and Aaron did a fantastic job installing the floor boards. His attention to detail was exceptional and the way he worked the floorboards into the rooms with carpet was amazing - you can hardly notice that the floor boards are higher than the carpeted areas. Would highly recommend them. A big thank you to the team.

made quite a lot easier with the help from Stephen and his staff at
bamboozle, their knowledge of their product was quite outstanding, and
further was the knowledge of dealing with builders and the building
trade, the things to look out for, etc, etc, we love our floor, and we have the people at bamboozle to thank for that.

Bamboozle have installed bamboo floors in our homes on three occasions now and have been thrilled with the results every time. From the showroom staff through to the installers, their service has been professional and attentive. Best of all, the final product is exceptional.
