Spacious bank. Staff behaviour is helpful. ATM machines doesn't work most of the time..
The only large branch of ICICI for Sama and Nizampura areas. Adequately staffed. Branch manager is friendly and helpful, and so is the staff. ATM also available. 2 cash counters available. Parking will be outside the complex or in the lane next to it.
Safety measures have been set up on COVID 19 and proper system has been applied as don't need to wait longer.
My account is ICICI Bank nizampura branch,this branch staff are not supporting due to my froud case....I am going immediately and request help....but they are saying can't nothing to do this matter...... And suggest ICICI alkapuri main branch....... I am going very quickly and Direct meet their bank manager .....my case share with him...and immediately check my account and in my conversation my account is freeze..... And then check my account froud or not ..... thanks to ICICI alkapuri branch...,.and we told us if you unfreeze your account one application is given their nearest branch ......I am given the application in ICICI nizampura branch and they nothing to do something ........I complaint against ICICI nizampura branch not supportive staff and not solve coustomer problem...... Good Banking services as a part of one of the leading private banking system. Good staff and facilities.
Ridiculous staff and service at this particular branch.. i went there to deposit 42000 and it took 1 and half hour.. Half of the money stucked in machine while depositing and then staff made me write a request letter and made me sit for no reason for They wasted my 90 min after all this

Pathetic service waiting from last 30 minutes just for a Form of power of attorney....Not recommended at all
