When a person has a pension of 1700 hryvnias, and help from Hesed 1300 (once every 3 months) - this is simply outrageous. I want to cry. Wealthy retirees who have summer cottages, jeeps, and rich relatives help as Holocaust victims, although they are not victims. And those who really need help do not have it. It is painful and sad.

Benign environment. Kind and responsive office workers.
