Hyatt Regency Milwaukee Review

The rooms were clean and nice. I would have liked to have a better shower head. Plenty of outlets for all your devices to plug up. The rooftop Circle Room was very pretty I enjoyed the views and at night with the city ligts really made it pop.

The convention room was your standard convention room. There was construction going on the first floor so I'm sure some amenities we're not up and operational. The staff was always friendly whenever I had to talk to them.

There's construction going on. The room wasn't cleaned. We found a fry next to the bed and hairs in the sink and tub. Even though the room was a non-smoking room, it still had a faint scent of smoke. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The service was great.

The view was amazing from our room. When we checked in, they took special care to get us a great room with a view.

The room was a bit outdated and the plumbing made noise when you flushed the toilet or took a shower. It was kind of funny, but you could hear the person in the room above us going to the bathroom too. It's not something I typically find at hotels.

It was clean and I felt very safe, which for me, is always top priority in a hotel.

Ashley was great and was very easy to get a hold of! She went above and beyond from giving us a GREAT rate for a Saturday night in Downtown Milwaukee, checking in with consistent updates on room bookings and overall just answering any odd question I threw at her. She was great

Excellent experience at the Hyatt Regency. The interior atrium was beautiful, complete with a glass elevator and ample seating. The rooms had decent views and comfortable beds. Staff were kind and accommodating of my disability. Would recommend!

I enjoyed my stay. Room was clean. Needs some updating in the rooms but not bad. Hotel common area under construction, starting at 9am so that part sucked. Super cool view from the bar on the 19th floor.

I had another expectation of this hotel. since I registered I did not like it. It is the first time that I stay and it will be the last. The lady who did the registration for me spoke very quickly as soon as I understood what she said. I'm supposed to buy the package with the breakfast buffet and the restaurant was closed. They sent me to Starbucks for breakfast some small and preheated sandwiches. I didn't pay for that. They didn't give me a map with the Milwaukee areas either inside the hotel. They didn't give me the WiFi password, nor did they write it on a card. the sheets were stained and there were two people in the room and only one bottle of water. there was no coffee pot in the room. I had to shower in the early morning because the water was cold at night and the temperatures in Milwaukee were negative 5. I've definitely gotten better deals at other hotels. In the Bistro area there is no trash can. My husband doesn't like counselors and I went downstairs and the emergency stairway doors wouldn't open. I had to say it at the counter and they said they would send someone and they didn't send anyone I had to go up to floor 4 to open the doors and they didn't open from the outside either. Very bad service. Do you need to have a car of millions and a good suit to be treated well? parking is not free with the stay we paid 28 dollars for one night it is the first time that I paid for parking when I stayed somewhere. lousy everything.

The hotel interior was beautiful. My concerns were the elevators were sketchy and felt unstable at times. This hotel was also definitely haunted. We heard children's laughter in the hallways, pulling on our door and someone crying over by the bathroom. All three of these events were investigated and concluded with no reasonable explanation. Other than the ghosts and elevators there was a very long walk from the parking garage to the hotel. The rooms were really spaced out which was nice and the front desk staff was respectful and very helpful. Despite the good interior and staff, we will not be returning here; purely out of fear of the ghosts.

This place has changed dramatically since I last stayed there and n the early 2000. Now the rooms are outdated, it was trash in the hallway and in our room and there were spiderwebs on the windows. There is a daily charge for parking ($30 for valet $20 to park yourself). The front desk is being renovated but this place needs a complete makeover. However, after taking pictures and showing it it the supervisor, I was refunded all my money back without any hassle and booked a room someplace else. Unless you have no standards, I will advise you waiting to book there until renovations are completed.

This hotel is under construction and there is if not a lot but definitely dusty. Bathroom fitting are old but not too bad. I could see some of the fittings were rusted here and there. There were no coffee machine in the room. I mean even the cheapest place in the US keep them. However there is Starbucks on the ground floor which was amazing. Surprisingly their bar was open awesome bar attender.
We got a room with amazing view so no matter what I loved my room. If you are here don t miss river walk to the lake.
Lake is about 10 mins walk if you just take straight rod to the lake, Plenty of restaurants bars in the area.
