Very professional staff, knows a lot about the area - the city itself, the nature around and even Edinburgh. They have a lot of different maps and they explain about all the transportation. The staff gives you a few options for everything you look for and helps you decide what best suits you.

What can say about this place personally dont rate the ICentre think the fact they opened up next to Scottish Tourist shop was bad taste. When you have shop that is backed by Goverment money and next door is a local business. The local business wins it for me but will review the store and not impressed. The image was taken in Sept. as you can see its not in a location where you can really view the place.
One of the best customer services received ... in particular Mr David that found solution for my hopeless journey , working hard and tirelessly with extreme professionalism,accuracy , humanity and humility ... always with a genuine smile and manners of a proper gentleman,and giving me also extra tips to enjoy my vacation . He saved me !!! Highly recommend
