DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DISHONEST, ALSO LIE TO THEIR WORKERS AND CUSTOMERS ABOUT SCREEN PRINTING. THEY DO NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE ESPECIALLY WORKING FOR THEM. I USED TO WORK FOR THEM AND MOST OF THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE WHITE PEOPLE. THEY WILL NOT LET ANY BLACK EMPLOYEES GET ANY PROMOTIONS THEIR. THEY ARE RACIST YOU ASK ME.

Terrible . My girl friend put a down payment on a watch for me. She Drove four hours to Atlanta and they didn t have the watch she put a down payment on. She called of work to get the watch and they handled the whole situation like they didn t care. Hopefully one day they ll care about there customers.

Emailed for pricing - no answer. Emailed again - no answer. Called and talked to a rude/preoccupied receptionist that promised to have someone call back with pricing - 2 weeks later and still haven't heard anything. Hopefully their printing is better than their customer service.
Uniforms are flimsy and ill fitting but they now are our only choice. Also they ship your package and then change your invoice to have higher shipping and send you a bill even though you have already paid a agreed upon price this company is very shady. Plus the shipping is already very high. This is a terrible company do not use them.
I was a former employee at icebox. Great bunch of people to work with. That Project P character was also a former employee. They let him go and he got what he deserved. For the record I'm glad they removed all the trash from the company. Icebox is a good company to work with don't be influenced by scumbags like Project P. Nothing but good vibes, good people, and good work.
Incredibly difficult to get someone on the phone. I have a big jog that is a rush and heard of this company and reached out. I pressed a million buttons with still no human contact. I give up! Next!
