Largest business Park in India, or at least that's what they claim. It's a concrete jungle, with swanky offices, decent infrastructure (except for traffic management in peak hours and during rains, but more to it later). Within the Park, there are few options for food(veg and non-veg and different cuisines, and options suiting all pockets), entertainment and health, fairly easy to navigate with directions on display, however it's difficult to locate offices with almost no guidance (unless the company name is marked on top of the building). The traffic can get maddening (believe me) in peak hours and during heavy rains, although there are options of buses, cycles, taxis, frequency and availability for some of it is questionable. It also has residences at one end of the park where one can find big budget bunglows, row houses and independent villas.

The space itself and the buildings, the food court at Dockyard are good, but getting in and out are a real pain. Horrible traffic management due to senseless planning.

Should improve at the reception, too many people waiting at reception

Really Good business park but inside commutation is difficult as you have walk a lot if you want to go from one place to the other! there are no facilities provided like bicycle or anything!! difficult to reach from majestic you"ll have change bus from hebbal and walk at least a kilometer to the bus stop and the board a bus to Manyata.

One of the largest IT Park and convenient for traveling like airport and railway station.

Manyata embassy business park is city in itself, you find awesome IT offices, amazing apartments and more commercial complex will complete it.

Worked in Larsen & Toubro in manyata tech park. Very nice place to work.

Very nice tech park and one of the biggest tech park.. wide roads, shuttle bus available in the tech park. Last bus @ 8.45! IBM , Cognizant, TCS , ANZ, Fidelity, Northern Trust , Target are the major companies operates here.. Big food court and shopping mall is there

This is a Tech Park in Nagavara, many mnc software company like Phillips, IBM, Cognizant are there in the campus, there are Residential townships, transportation is not a problem, but the only problem is the morning & evening traffic jams around veeranapalya. Nagavara, bus stop is nearby & getting a paying guest accommodation is not a problem in this area.

Hectic traffic and the for people coming from KR puram the entry is only after a long U turn and crossing a narrow bottle neck. But within the campus, hats off to the security and traffic management team who manage the tough job.

These place definitely defines it tag line. Good workplace. Different MNC like IBM, Capgemini, Phillips have their office here. Transport facilities are good.

Very crowded place. Avoid peak traffic hours to stay free of jams. 6-8pm avoid.

Best park ...! " BUT WORST TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT" specially that drain water flooded all over when it rains for just 10 mins. Shame on the Business park management and The Great BBMP .. have some sense and wakeup it's too late .

Huge tech park with many MNCs. They provide free shuttle service to go about the tech park. A nice but crowded food court. They have a deal with KSRTC to provide Volvo service for people living far from Manyata. Its a Well maintained tech park except for a ditch that flows through the middle of the park(stinks a lot). Many more buildings coming up as a result too much dust.
The traffic can get pretty bad 'inside' the tech park at peak hours. Volleyball court, basketball court etc.

Foods in the food court are not reasonable.No guarantee of hygiene though it looks like that. I had fallen ill for a week with infection after having food here.

Nice office space with good food courts. There is always some construction happening inside the campus and traffic management is an issue. Parking space is very less on some buildings. Multi level parking is not very convenient
