Subsequently, on March 31, 2000, Principal Financial Services Inc., USA became the deemed sponsor (along with the
IDBI) by acquiring 50% stake in IDBI-PRINCIPAL Asset Management Company Limited, where after and pursuant to
the SEBI letter dated October 18, 2002 all rights, responsibilities and duties of the Board of Trustees were transferred
in favour of IDBI- Principal Trustee Company Ltd. On June 23, 2003, Principal Financial Services Inc. USA became
the sole sponsor by acquiring 100% stake in IDBI-PRINCIPAL Asset Management Company Limited, through its
wholly owned subsidiary Principal Financial Group (Mauritius) Limited (Principal Mauritius). Principal Mauritius thus
became the sole settlor of the Fund and the name of the Asset Management Company and of the Trustee Company was
changed respectively to Principal Asset Management Company Private Limited and Principal Trustee Company Pvt.
Ltd. to reflect the change in ownership. In tune with the industry standards and practices, Principal Mauritius, the
Settlor, maintains a corpus of Rs. 25 lakh in the Trust in place of the original contribution of Rs 1 lakh and additional
contribution of Rs.24.99 crore vide execution of a supplemental trust deed dated April 16, 2004

Good IT park but too much traffic and pollution,insteading of using so much vehicles,ppl can use environmental friendly bicycles at least inside the tech park

Huge techpark with easily accessible routes. Lot of food joints available inside the campus. Great infrastructure.

Bad roads throughout the year, been working there over 6years not seen good roads for even one day.

Quite calm and greenish place and have almost all facilities for a tech park. Traffic outside is worrisome especially due to ongoing white topping works but expected to comedown due to the active involvement of authorities

A city inside itself surrounded with Corporate stalwarts and fortune 500 companies with food courts, transport facility, good security arrangements, ATM's but the approach is through the service road .

Best place for work with great ambience and amazing place to go with your friends for a walk.

It is a very nice place to work with all the aminities in park surrounded by lot of restaurants and shops.

A great place to work where u can see people from various places and companies.. but once u get inside this u will never get any information from outside world

Newer business Park and SEZ, already overwhelmed by traffic and creates a mess of traffic outside. Too much office space in one location, and ongoing construction makes it a mess, particularly in wet weather.

Probably #1 Tech Campus is Namma Bengaluru and a good place to work and hunt for jobs...

Very good infrastructure and neatly maintained. Embassy provides full security to all employees of manyata companies

Where the whole world meets to work. Good place. But needs proper traffic maintenance during peak hours.

Great work place with several companies under.one tech park. Good facilities inside make it more employee friendly, food options, weekend shopping stalls, child care, medical, hotel, parking etc. Wish there were more entry and exit gates thou, especially one going inside directly while coming from outer ring road East side.

Beautiful IT park. A city by itself having all high-end tech parks. Well managed.

I'm sure everyone has the same concern with Manyata. Getting in and out of Manyata is always painful. Which ever gate you take your bound to get stuck in traffic. However inside the park there's great MNCs. There's also decent greenery and walk ways. Also has bus service and bi-cycles to move around. Lot of food options in restaurants. Parking is again a big problem and stopping your car in between instantly draws security guards.

Absolutely "complete" with offices, food joints and "Slug" lounge for after office discussion!!!

Big campus with lot of food courts. No free play ground available here for out door games.

One of the bigger technology parks in Bangalore. It's a beaming and buzzing place filled with offices and office goers. Has good food courts for eating options. A shuttle is available for traveling within the campus
