It is one of the big tech parks in bangalore you will most of the it company's over here.when you entered for the first time you will be confused with routes.but you can take the help of security gaurds who will help you to reach your destination in manayata.you will find most of the multi national companies over here like L&T rolls Royce ANZ IBM was the best know in the manyata they are many other companies are also there in manyata.it is a hub of software companies in bangalore

Nice Tech park . Everything is good except location, It should be little away from the Outer ring road so that traffic could be little manageable.

The only problem is that you won't get any transportation here at peak hours

White toppings and other projects makes it hell of experience to reach. Daily commute is very hectic.

Many IT companies and other companies located on this tech park. Some of the companies like Concentrix they hiring for fresher's.

Best place to work . Greenary all around. We get almost every basic things inside. Dockyard and escape mall feeds people . Columbia Asia and aster clinic treats people . Shuttles are available for small commutes . The cleanliness maintained here is awesome at any point of time we can find workers cleaning something or the other.

One of the best trch park in Bangalore to work with number companies in it and very good facilities.

Worst traffic outside the Tech park, More than 1,00,000 vehicles pass this road everyday. Manyata is fully Money minded. It gets even worse during rainy days.

One of the Largest tech Park in Bangalore. Manyata Is Not only having Tech Park in it...Manyata Residential also Inside the park itself.

Traffic at 9.30 - 10 in morning and 6.30 - 7 in evenings lets you down

Good and big park with nice wide roads except that entry and exit during peak traffic hours is a challenge. Otherwise it has good mix of office spaces and eating options plus options for playing different outdoor games like football, cricket, etc.

Good Setup. Fixes Needed:

1. Roads need a fix, that is Especial "In" and then Around Manyata Embassy Business Park.

2. Traffic needs to be controlled in the busy hours, that is, a bit more control is needed here.

3. Traffic Police that is allowed to reside by the entrance with a place/room allocate to them, should be advised as to not Harrass MTP employees while entering or leaving or moving around MTP. I had my Helmet on, I took a U-Turn, never broke any rules, I'm sure I can ride my bike better than he can and this PC comes along and says you've come in No-Entry and now pay the fine.
I asked him to check the camera, it was a U-Turn and I didn't disturb the Traffic in any way. LoL C*ap... Got Off Scot Free and it was just a touch and go

Manyata Tech Park is one of the biggest technology parks in bangalore with hundreds of IT companies and lakhs of people working. I have been working in one of the MNCs located in Manyata and it's awesome. It houses All major Banks, ATMs, pub and Bar, huge Food courts and very well maintained excellent Infrastructure .Few Major companies in Manyata -IBM NOKIA L&T Infrastructure Services Philips Target Cognizant Concentrix

Rules for entry, auto ferrying, expensive food court, expensive public parking 100 RS per hour. Traffic worries outside the gate add more sour to the feeling. Business Park wise, I think metp is among top 5 in Blr.

Very well maintained layout with many companies providing lot of opportunities

Roads inside are not gud, but trying to improve from last 4yrs

Only the buildings are huge but the roads r worst web it rains

You get pizza, good food, barber shop, parlour,bar,baby sitting,banks and many level 5 IT companies here at one place

This is a lively place always full of people. There are a lot of shops and restaurants here. There are trees and benches outside, and it's a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurants aren't crowded. It's a nice place to take a walk too. It's not really pocket friendly,but it's worth it. A must visit if you're planning to spend a day somewhere fun.

Access and egress from this place can be a nightmare and rear access gate approach road is narrow and pothole ridden. Manyata should work with bbmp / BDA to provide multiple entry / exit gates to help ease traffic flow.

India' leading IT giant park. Better fecility and Fortune 500 companies situated here.

Good technology park and very big so if you want to go last office then it will take 20 minute from main gate of manyata embassy park. So plan accordingly if you have some leg pain.

Nothing great. It's like any other IT parks. Too dirty around. Hectic traffic.

Pedestrian unfriendly. Despite having ample space, it has less trees and more lanscaping.

Nicely maintained techpark. My office got a great view of the golf course and the airport.

Its has several Top MNC's and food court for employees and its a great place to work.

It is a little too far from the main areas of the city but inside there are many well known and good companies. Shuttle service is available inside the campus. There are direct ksrctc ac buses to different area of the city that start from inside the campus.

I worked in this park for four years, very professional maintenance and support from Park management and security. So many many food options like dock yard, food court, especially Biryani house at main gate. Cheers
