More sequrity is there but They don't knw abt what do.,nd how manege. All are telling different law

Worst tech park I have worked till now.
Worst road inside the park no maintenance.
Extremely narrow road.
Congested commute.
Overpriced food.

Good ambience inside the tech park. Also systematic process to maintain the vehicle and human traffic inside the tech park.

I found this tech park is very huge and company arrangements is also good little confusing but we can handle it, roads are very bad compare to other business parks.

Very well kept clean and tidy with lots of place for free movement of vehicles and pedestrians

Manyatha Embassy Business park is one of the best software tech park in India, The tech park is located in Nagawara near Hebbala Bangalore - 5600045.
The park has occupied by top most multi national companies like IBM,Conginazant, AXA, Target etc.
Tech park spread more than 300 acres and nearly 2lakh + employees.
Infrastructure of the park is too good and It has open theatre also.
It has two food courts and you will get nice food.
Many banks like SBI, YES, AXIS, IDFC has their branches here.

4 stars only because of less / no trees. 5 because of the proximity to the city

Awesome place to work. Free shuttles available to travel inside the business park. Buildings and roads are well maintained.

This was a space I greatly admired for its balance of nature and concrete. The drive seems to be towards having more buildings putting much of the aesthetics and balance with nature at stake. Could all owners and users of such spaces become conscientious of this? It is still possible to do our bit for our environs.
The plus is the pedestrian walks that take you across to the other side of the road.
Entry into the park and exit are still heavy on traffic and therefore congested.
The white topping work on the Outer Ring Road is making it worse.
Of you're planning a visit to Manyata, then do set aside time for traffic and congestion at entry point.

Manyata embassy business Park is one of the biggest park in Bangalore. It's located in the nagvara area on outer ring road. It's home for 20+ companies where 90000+ people work. It also has a convention centre names white petals. To reach this place in peak hours (morning 9-11) and evening (5-8) is a big task due to heavy traffic. It also has the residential area in the backyard where there are appartments and villas. It has 2 food courts 'eacape' and 'dockyard' where u can find all famous food joints. It also has a in-house pub called 'slug' in dockyard which will be happening place with music and dance floor. You can find the shuttle service provided by the tech park to go around the tech park. There are bicycles available to go from main gate to any of the places inside the tech park. You can find bmtc bus service from manyata busstop to Marathalli, silkboard, banashankari and hebbal very frequently.

Apart from traffic it's lot more convenient for people around for their offices

Very well built campus. All major companies are in there. The atmosphere is very good, surrounded by lush green and trees.

Good IT park on otherside of city. Communication is good. It has big food court where you can get popular vendors. So many trees are there which adds natural beauty. Above all campus area is large with so many IT companies.

Poorly maintained, crowded, highly profitable park. Doesnt feel like an embassy property

A vast business park with a good collection of all the major software companies that are thriving in India; especially IBM but also others like Cognizant, Philips, Justdial, Nokia, Microsoft, Aditi etc. Its got a food court at the very back of the park and has plenty of empty space beyond that where you can get to see some really awesome Villas like houses. The park is pretty neat and tge security is tight enough to not let anyone enter without an ID. Since the park is so big, its got an internal bus service which traverses through the park and you can avail this service free of cost. The park is well connected with buses from BMTC and you can always find one when you exit the Manyata Tech Park. On weekends, Manyata Tech Park conducts events like concerts, marathons, cycling events etc which might just cheer you up on a working weekends. You can find a exhibition ground nearby which has all the nice exhibitions going on like the comic con or the green technology exhibition. There aren't many happening places since it is situated in the northern part of Bangalore but you still have the option of going to Elements Mall or Kalyan Nagar for some good food.
Overall, the place is good enough to provide a decent experience of working in an MNC in India.

Another tech park in Banglore. Major advantage is house rents are cheap around this area as conpared to others.Also close to Airport.

One of the biggest business parks in Bengaluru. It houses lot of Information technology related companies. Airport is nearby compared to other IT parks in city. Traffic around this area is bad. Reaching this place is really difficult in regular traffic conditions.

Beautiful place to have your office here. They have recently started free cycle services so that you can ride to and fro the area. Decent eating outlets in and around the office. The nagawara junction just outside is a junction for all different buses in bangalore.

Best business park in and around with great environment.

At one end of the city . Good thing is only tech park in peripheral of 5-6 KMS. Bad thing mostly far from many highly occupied residential area. Good companies in tech park and well maintained

Very huge tech park near Hebbal. People travelling to airport on Outer Ring Road can see both entrance of Manyata Tech Park. This is a kind of landmark in that area.

Great Tech Park . I believe it's one of the biggest ones in Bangalore .

This area is primarily a SEZ, with a variety of companies along with multiple food complex built in. There are 2 roads which cover the whole length of the park. Kindly note that autos aren't allowed inside. Near the entrance, Dockyard complex is built for restaurants and food stalls, exhibitions, clinics, banks, ATMs, stores and salons.

Entry and exit roads are not properly maintained at all. Lot of traffic jams to enter the premises. Safteywise exit and entry is very risky.

Office buildings are nice and comfortable. But the traffic woes are at a peak here

Good place to work and is infrastructure is maintained well. But with too many buildings coming up, all the trees are gone.

Should improve in cabs waiting matter( they should give waiting 5 min time for booked cabs like ola and Uber..

Except for the peak time traffic everything else is good. Can plan for better transportation
