As expected for a budget hotel. Clean, good location close to historic center.

The hotel is very well placed. The rooms are spacious. The very high bathtubs are difficult to access for elderly or people with little mobility. It has parking but although it says there is no need to book, we run out of space. So if you need parking try to reserve you because they can leave you without a place.

Comfortable and inexpensive, the double room is quite small, the entrance of the room almost has to be entered on its side, then the very small bathroom and yes the area of the widest bed and everything clean and comfortable. The room was fine for one person, for two they should offer something bigger. Probably I do not recommend it for many days, yes for a weekend and also if it is only for sleeping.

Room compliant with the photo. However, a bit small for 3 people plus luggage and stroller. But great bed, clean room and the front desk staff was nice.

I don't agree with most the reviews, the restaurant was as expected with polite staff and excellent service. The food was good. The room was actually fine, clean and with amenities as expected. However the room we first got was so extremely hot we opened the window, then the noise was just horrendous, and I got ate by mosquitoes (not good when you're allergic!). Then we asked to change, the room was still as hot but with alot less noise. Worst weekend of sleep I've had in a hotel. The breakfast was just fine, but recommend getting in earlier.

I had a night at 2, it was ok, quiet, 2 bed plus a bathroom, apart from the broken hair dryer, everything was fine.

Parking at 0.80 per hour is expensive but it could have been worse elsewhere.

We accidentally got off the bus from the airport at the wrong stop, it was around 11:00 at night. We didn't have local sim so we did not have a phone or an internet connection and our hotel was across the city. We tried to catch a taxi but weren't able to. After few minutes, we entered the ibis hotel and asked if they could call us a taxi but they said that they can't help us because we are not guests of the hotel and that's it. They didn't care that it's the middle of the night, that we are in a foreign country with no phone, they just snubbed us with that plain answer. If that's the kind of people that work there, I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone and after many time I stayed at ibis in other countries, I doubt that I will book again at the ibis franchise.

The hotel is nice, good location, the staff is friendly. The rooms are quite decent.

Bathroom is on the small side of the scale, but other than that, a decent budget hotel. Check in and check out were extremely efficient.

Three stars that is worth one. The bathroom is not very clean and the carpet on the floor in the stairwell and in the rooms has an unpleasant smell. Parking costs 20 euros per day in case of non-availability of the hotel car park. The proximity to the center is convenient. The staff is nice though.

Terrible!! Rooms are very hot 26-27oC (its only 10oC outside) aircon doesn't work. Dont waste your money. Management didn't respond to complaint, their '15 minute' complaint offer is a joke!

Small stay on Bordeaux, passage to the ibis budget rather disappointed for which is the restaurant the prices of the card are exec in view of the product and their quality, for which is room c small here I had better and for the same price elsewhere so not really want to come back

Pleasant stay, suitable room for a price, bathroom without hairdryer. Nice common area and breakfast and coffee machine in free access and at will.

Still no positive response from the hotel or group.
However, a second debit for the same reservation was refused to cancel despite a delay of more than 8 days before the date.

Well located no frills hotel. Great for a few days.

They made me a copy of the debit card without letting me know. The one at the front desk disappeared into a room with my debit card and ID, in a suspicious way. I asked him what he did and he told me. I demanded the destruction of the copy. Then he had no arguments for his gesture. CAREFUL!!!!

The hotel's location is excellent, the center is just a few minutes away.
The rooms are functional and well equipped, plus the bed is very comfortable.
The treatment of the staff is correct and they speak Spanish.

What is missing a lot is the cleanliness, we found fluff and hair in the bathroom and the towel was dirty, we did not speak to reception since I had brought my own towel and it was not necessary, but it is an aspect that must improve a lot.

I recommend it for short stays, as there is a lot of noise from the hallway.

Despite the drawbacks, I would return.

It's an ibis, you know what you're getting. This one is in a great location for exploring bordeaux. We were on the 9th floor so had the bonus of a good view across the city.

Tiny room and bathroom, justifying the attractive price then on this hotel is rather well placed near the city center. The staff is not very zealous, the room was not made entirely today.
Rooms for 3 are not suitable for adults. The third bed is in a bunk bed very difficult to access except perhaps for a contortionist.

Seminar, correct meeting rooms. Ok lunch, nothing more.

Very good location. Quiet hotel. Clean and comfortable bed. Hotel deserves a refresh: phone out of order, room temperature difficult to adjust in the room, hot water temperature in the bathroom difficult to adjust also.

We booked for one night only, stayed with 2 friends in a double room where we got reception to add one single bed. The rooms were very clean, the shower had all facilities needed. Friedly reception, accommodated our requests nicely. Location is also good, pretty comfrotable to reach the city centre by foot. Overall, not much to say as we didn't try breakfast nor enjoyed a longer stay here - but the place looks like one where I would go back if needed.

Amazing how we treat guests at this hotel!
Following a change of route so as not to suffer SNCF strikes, we asked to change the booking date for our 2 rooms.
Finally, the manager considers that a customer passing through the Booking site is worth less than another customer refuses our request. Suddenly, it keeps 140 euros and the possibility of selling these 2 bedrooms.
A CRM level close to zero and excuses of a not higher level: /
The best being: ask the SNCF to refund the hotel.

In short, if you do not want to be treated as an outcast, go to the Accord site.

Location is very good. Room basic with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Room service efficient. Free wi-fi in rooms. Hotel restaurant food good (competent chef) but service poor (chaotic and slow). Warning: no hot water kettles whatsoever (must have lost one they hired to us last year); so bring your own or ask for tasses d'eau chaud at the bar (which they kindly obliged).

I do not recommend you, only if you have no choice. 30 minutes waiting for the elevator in the morning .. parking case that does not work rebelotte.

Very nice welcome, friendly and very professional. Dynamic young staff, responsive and attentive. Comfortable room, on the 10th floor, magnificent view. Excellent benefits. We will remain faithful to Ibis.

Air conditioning problem but relocate and upgraded immediately .. good home .. very good
