Following a change of route so as not to suffer SNCF strikes, we asked to change the booking date for our 2 rooms.
Finally, the manager considers that a customer passing through the Booking site is worth less than another customer refuses our request. Suddenly, it keeps 140 euros and the possibility of selling these 2 bedrooms.
A CRM level close to zero and excuses of a not higher level: /
The best being: ask the SNCF to refund the hotel.
In short, if you do not want to be treated as an outcast, go to the Accord site.
