Location was good, nearby to the town centre. Bed was comfy. However, there were several problems I found with the room and hotel that I could not ignore. The bathroom is tiny and poorly laid out, the toilet is behind the door to the bathroom so it is impossible to full open the door and it gets in the way very easily. The shower in my room was broken, it did not adjust to be higher up so I had to duck underneath the water stream, or hold the nozzle above my head. Not fun. As well there were only 2 outlets in the room on the far side by the little desk, none by the bed or anywhere else. Very inconvenient and annoying. The walls were incredibly thin and being near the elevator I heard every 'ding-dong' of the elevator arriving and every conversation nearby. Finally, although I had the "do not disturb" sign on my doorknob, the housekeepers knocked and tried to enter every day I was there! I put the sign there for a reason and it was blatantly ignored. I understand Ibis is a budget hotel but it's still classified as 3 stars and I expect better. Will likely be staying elsewhere on my next visit to Bordeaux.

An ideal place for a weekend visit or two days for two or three places. It is close to the center and is economical, but the room is just and minimalist but full with the necessary and comfortable beds (marriage and bunk). The parking comes out at 0.80 euros per hour but from 7 pm to 9 am you can park it in the surrounding blue zone, which is free and on Sunday too.

Practical, functional and well priced. Breakfast expensive, as almost always in hotels. 9.90 per person is a lot of pasta. Of course, if you want to put it up, this is your choice, if you prefer a coffee and a bun, next you have the 48, for just over 3, you have a coffee and a freshly baked bun

Reasonable price, beautiful connection to the center, friendly staff, very extensive breakfast and cozy lounge for French standards! Beware: the parking garage must be paid! First day 20, subsequent days 10 per day. We stayed a few days and booked another night. The receptionist gave (after some questions about any discount) the parking garage as a gift! Worth the effort.

Home nonchalant, we are offered a double room, work in the floor next door. a smell in the deplorable corridor. For the room, just the place of a bed, we do not know where to put the things. A narrow and poorly cleaned bathroom. I would not stay there again and I DO NOT GO HIGHLY.

We just arrived at the hotel, nothing to do with the photos, low-end rooms for 87 euros per night 2 adult 1 child, patching up in the plumbing and electricity levels, carpet stinking, electric lines appearing in the common parts, we were even the reception which changed us room 2 times and result all rotten. Paid parking at an additional cost, no space around the hotel.

Clean room well appointed, bathroom small but clean! Rates more than correct given its geographical location! We visited Bordeaux on foot and public transport at the foot of the hotel. We will definitely come back ...

Heartwarming welcome. Receptionist very friendly, available and smiling. Room a bit small compared to other budget ibis and very hard mattresses. First time this happens in this hotel chain

Room for 3 people, the foot of the small bed is under the board of the edge of window. No broom for toilets and toilets, which requires calling a maintenance person during the night, it's awkward to go back to sleep. Over 3 days, I had to ask that I be changed a towel, in the middle of the heat wave the towel does not dry between the many showers, doubtful traces behind the door of the bathroom, a layer of residues black at the foot of the shower screen. You can not sit properly in the bath because on one side there is the drain plug, on the other hand the safety handle, which is put in the head while standing up. The bath is no longer appropriate, a shower would allow everyone to wash safely. There is no lighting in the airlock because a second door has been added. A large German bed (2lits separated would avoid taking a room with 3 seats and leave more space because the wardrobe is made for 2. The parking is free, paid in the past Fortunately, the staff is smiling and helpful. positive, i will not go back to this hotel

The rooms are small and dark, quite claustrophobic. It was quite clean and the staff in the reception were correct. Awesome location few steps from central. I'd say the rooms in the St.Jean branch are much better but the location on this one is more convenient.

The room was very good, clean, comfortable bedding. For the second bed we had a sofa bed, very comfortable too. Clean sheets nothing to say. The staff really very welcoming, kind, smiling, attentive. We stayed only one night but we were able to use the parking until the evening of our departure. The hotel is very well located. Not even 5 minutes from downtown. It's great!! You can have lunch and eat outside without taking the car. We will come back for sure !! Thank you to the team at the reception, the bar, the ladies who prepare the rooms with care ... Thank you!
