Great location, good breakfast, nice rooms and good bedding

Real factory Errors in reservations Noisy and poorly air-conditioned meeting rooms

Taken by mistake..thinking to book the ibis next door..70 euros for a closet, a tiny bathroom and a floor of the "hall" so dirty and sticky that it is difficult to walk..what more .. never more!

We have reserved two rooms for two nights with parking, rooms paid on arrival, upon delivery of the keys. When leaving, impossible to leave the car park, the amount not having been claimed with the payment of the rooms (exorbitant parking price!), Forced to go back to reception, queue 10 minutes before being able to pay for the car park. The rooms should be refreshed. Having already booked in an IBIS, this is far from the best

Bad soundproofing. The doors slamming in the corridor wake us up just as much as the people passing by without talking too much. Not worth the price!

There was air conditioning that worked. There was no closet and there was a door that had no lock to the bathroom. But it's less expensive.

Nice view, nice room, but non-functional television. Excellent cleanliness! Well done.

Be careful to calculate the price of the car park in the budget of the stay!

Great location for a short city centre stay. The efficient and pleasant check-in made everything easy. Very nice people on reception, very helpful with direction queries and informative. Rooms were basic, but everything required for a short stay and only used as a base. Less than a 10 minute walk into the centre. Highly recommended.

The staff could improve your friendliness, but the hotel is very centrally located almost new rooms with fitted wardrobes with extra blankets and super comfy beds just like the sheets! The bathroom is what you need shower, washbasin and pike has dryer. I found a cozy and comfortable room also have free luggage storage service !!

Room was not as in pictures on website. A lot smaller. Room was not clean and dirty. Hairs and many dirty spots in Every corner. Complained, got new room, again a nasty room! Plus expansive for what you get. Don t go to Ibis Bordeaux!!

A good surprise: good value for money hotel. A rather comfortable 3 star. Good bedding, fairly spacious rooms. The common areas are well appointed and decorated. Friendly staff.

Hotel ok very well located and holding in ibis to enjoy the restaurant. Very well soundproofed for very practical work!

To avoid. Heating system that cannot be regulated. The room temperature can go up to 24 degrees or more according to some of my colleagues, the only possibility of having an acceptable temperature is to open the window. A shame in 2019.

We had a room on the 11th floor with a beautiful view of the city of Bordeaux. The room is ok, bedding very comfortable. Only note: no tea bag, kettle for a 3 star hotel. ..

This is the first time that it happens to me so much to say it. I had prepaid my stay. Alas I was wrong date. The fluctuating rates I had the good surprise of being able to modify my resa and to take advantage of the preferential rate without additional charges or worries.

Hotel of the budget range. Very small room no chair or kettle ... Direct view of the boulevard. Near the Meriadeck center. The hotel is adjacent to an ibis, but the rates are twice as expensive (115 euros against 62). Ideal for a night. Concierge listening and reactive troubleshooting (aging room). Offers a brewery but not tested.

Hotel well located, quiet and with a very good value for money. Good for a short stay, without luggage or very little because the room and very small. Very good value. Free, good breakfast, also free dinner if you don't mind very basic food. Location is very good by the edge of Bordeaux downtown. Rooms are small but sufficient. Clean, modern. Loaded with tour bus at times.

To spend a few days is fine, but it is quite improvable.

2 star hotel not more. Overheated room. Bathroom tiny and shabby. Cleanliness really limited in the room and the bathroom. TV HS because of the coaxial cable. I can not change it for another and I am offered to change rooms when I am told that everything is complete. The staff do not even bother to be credible in their lies. In short, for an IBIS.

Great location for the chain that hardly betrays. Clean hotel, the floors are not too low or too quiet but at the top you are fine. Breakfast is plentiful. Very close to the center you can get there on foot.

Stay of 3 days pr two with breakfast for 126 but without counting 20 of parking for 1,5journee (0.80 per hour) guard of luggage 2 ... short stay which is expensive for the result. Stone mattress, very small room even to two and in a state that leaves something to be desired. And Saturday night is the fair. Door slamming, music, and screaming in the rooms all night long. In short to flee

Hotel well located 1km from the hyper center. Not very expensive comfortable bed. Good value for money. The underground car park is 0.8 per hour.

Very well placed to explore the center of Bordeaux on foot. Spacious rooms, very comfortable bedding. Breakfast varied and of good quality.

Correct room, lack of sockets to charge its devices, and positioned far from the bed. Some gadgets were missing in the bathroom. Clean, the housework is well done. The buffet for breakfast quite nice and good (mention for pancakes).

Hello I was installed by one of your employee who was not necessarily nice. Disappointed

1 the rooms in front are more pleasant than those of the central well (we tested both)
2 staff is TOP
3 breakfast service would require a little more drinks machines
4 ideally located for Bordeaux evenings (tram)

The right hotel and restaurant in the ibis range, the bathroom without plug, with uncomfortable bath to enter and exit

Horrible! Hair everywhere in the bathroom, on the bed and certainly on the carpet. I came back with lots of little red buttons.

Great location, nice view and friendly reception staff. Bar staff and room cleaning not so good and there was a very sharp wood screw sticking out point first about an inch from the bathroom door at knee height! You can leave luggage free of charge after checking out.

Triple room with good and extra large bed very much better. Rooms to reform that needs changing of carpeting and doors. Cleaning is somewhat improvable. I would repeat for the location price and breakfast. Little water pressure. Like any other you were doing well but without frills.

A little noise and not a lot of electric plug, if not perfect!

I stayed here for 2 nights in June and ended up with over a hundred bites of bed bugs. I exchanged with one of the hotel employees who told me many times that they would intervene so that I would be compensated. At the end of August, I sent a registered letter to the Accor Hotel headquarters and to this hotel in Bordeaux, which had no news despite numerous reminders. Today, it's been more than 3 months and I'm still without news. It's just outrageous.
