I stayed here for 2 nights in June and ended up with over a hundred bites of bed bugs. I exchanged with one of the hotel employees who told me many times that they would intervene so that I would be compensated. At the end of August, I sent a registered letter to the Accor Hotel headquarters and to this hotel in Bordeaux, which had no news despite numerous reminders. Today, it's been more than 3 months and I'm still without news. It's just outrageous.
