The location is good. Very near to the mall. The internet in the room is not stable, always disconnect every few minute. The breakfast quality is quite ok. But the room cleanliness is lacking, many debris and dust near door sill. Even our shower in the bathroom is leaking. Overall the quality is not very worth for a 4 star price.

Once a year always stay in this year but lately I found the hotel seemed to be overcrowded but the management seems to handle this matter quite well especially during breakfast time. They allocate many staff to clear the table quickly which is a good point. Just that parking is a bit hassle as somehow we need to stamp the tickets everyday or every time we exit the car park. Seemed that their computer systems didn't synchronize properly to the car park attendant and we have to give out our details which quite annoying if you stay many days.

Hotel Ibis Bandung Trans Studio, one location with Trans Studio. Excellent service at check-in by Mrs. Rahayu, requesting a room that was previously twin beds, we requested that a single bed be fulfilled. The elevator is distinguished between floors 7-14 with floors 15 and above. To ride, you have to use a card, when the card doesn't start working right away, you have to try it a few times before you can. Room size is a bit small but clean. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, close to the trans studio Bandung, close to the mosque and food court. It seems like this hotel has a high occupancy rate. Every restaurant breakfast is full even though it's weekday.

I experience staying here quite well in terms of facilities and access if the facilities from the rooms, food, to the staff are good and friendly. Access is affordable near the same as the Trans Studio Mall and also Trans Studio Bandung. For security, I don't think why? Because at the time I was staying there, my father got a hypnosis so that all the money was drained with the perpetrator who was actually a foreigner. Please do not have such incidents in the following period and also increase security

The rooms are clean, neat and comfortable so the sleep is good too. The location is also good, close to malls, banks, trans studio recreation parks, Bandung. The breakfast is also delicious and there are many variants until I don't try it all hahaha. the service is also very fast and friendly ... because the breakfast place is on the ground floor there is no view of anything that can be seen. Try if you are on the floor above you can be cool while watching the scenery or selfie. Over all is very nice, recommended, and want to stay here again. Oyah add the swimming pool ... Hhee

Close to trans studio. It's just a shame there isn't a swimming pool for children's play. Good service, just to clean the room a bit late. The time for lunch break even bother at room maid to clean the room.

The location was pretty easy to find and the space for parking is in the basement but there was enough space. The rooms are kinda small but it's ok. The TV is mounted on the wall so you can't plug in your own devices. The bathrooms are extremely tiny in my opinion. There are a decent number of wall plugs so you can charge your devices. The initial check-in was pretty good.

The hotel is located in the vicinity of the Trans Studio Bandung area, just walk next to the access door from the hotel restaurant.
The place is clean, comfortable, the staff is friendly and the price is still affordable for a good breakfast access to rooms there are 4 lifts but divided into 2.
2 lifts for floors 1-14
2 lifts for floors 15-22 for car parking is not bad if it is a bit difficult.

The largest Ibis hotel in Asia which consists of around 600 rooms. New rooms, not refurbishes. All lights and fixtures (safety deposit boxes, mini refrigerators, drinking pots) work well. Fresh tap water without the smell of chlorine so you don't need to buy bottled water to boil. the mattress is also comfortable so it fits unconsciously asleep. 42 channel TV. Breakfast is quite tasty and varied. Friendly staff. If you bring a vehicle, don't forget after the check-in, give it to the clerk next to the receptionist to enter the system to get a stamp and free parking. Trans studio malls can also be accessed through the restaurant's back door. Of the few Ibis hotels in Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand that I have stayed in, it feels like the best Ibis. The lack is only one, the most expensive for an Ibis with a red logo in Indonesia, but it is very cheap compared to Ibis Bencoolen Singapore (2.4 million / night), which is slightly below the Ibis Trans Studio (700 thousand / night).

All the staff was very helpful. Entertaiment area need to be improve such as live band.
