Good, clean, close to the trans studio location. Breakfast is quite satisfying.

The room is small but comfortable ... the TV channel is also good. When I arrived, I saw that the hotel slippers were already used by people because they were dirty even though I had never used them before. The toiletries boxes were not replaced, because I saw wet stains on them. Food taste for breakfast and overpriced.

Standard, comfortable room. The breakfast menu is varied, looking for parking is rather difficult having to go past the mall. For complete mando equipment toothpaste and toothbrush, you must call room service because it has not been provided.

Ibis Trans Studio Bandung is indeed good. But the elevator sucks, it's often broken and errors. Queue for hours in rush hour. Can't the hotel fix the elevator?

Lokasi strategis, dekat mall. Pelayanan ramah. Proses check-in dan check-out cepat. Kamar minimalis tapi bersih dan rapi. Sarapan memuaskan.
Ke mall dan trans studio dengan berjalan kaki, karena menyatu dalam satu gedung. Ke masjid dekat. Ke mana-mana juga gampang, apalagi dengan taxi online. Mudah mendapatkan makanan.

The rooms are of good size except the bathroom is a bit cramped, which is typical for a business hotel.
Cleanliness is OK, toiletries are ok for towels, only there is no toothbrush or comb, there is only a shower cap, only a little soap is not enough for the two of you to take a shower 2x.
The breakfast is pretty good, the menu variations are sufficient and the service is friendly too.
The receptionist was friendly, called also friendly.
There is only a problem with their system so the booking takes a while to look for it when checking in, including proof of payment, I can't say I want to email it but almost 1 week hasn't arrived so it's slow to claim to the office. Hopefully the booking system and the receptionist will be fixed soon.

The Room Is So Big,And So Clean.The Food Is So Complete For Breakfast Menu.Beside This Hotel Is Mall So We Can Go To The Mall If You Want Go.....The Location Is So Perfect To.

if you looking for a budget hotel near to shopping mall (a direct access) and a place to play with your family, The IBIS TSM is a right place, its near to a big shoping mall in Bandung and a big indoor theme park, you can watch a spectacular performance like circus etc, and enjoy all 20 rides and variety of shows.

Came here for company event. The venue is nice, service is good. The food quality is standard.
