Strategic placement of TSM Bandung. The rooms are rather narrow compared to other hotels. Especially the extra bed, it's better to open the room again because the extra bed is just mattress and hard

Over all cool, clean, complete. What was lacking when I stayed there was a toothbrush and paste that wasn't available yet and hot water in the shower that didn't work properly.

Good taste and lots of variety. The restaurant room at breakfast is extensive, and can choose non smoking or smoking area.

Queued towards the hotel parking lot as it approached the mall closing hours due to one direction by vehicle exit post. Clean rooms, fast service when needed, vehicles free of parking fees and a varied breakfast menu.

budget hotel in the middle of the city, minimal facilities there is no pool, near the mall, Trans mosque is very convenient for worship and recitation

The rooms are comfortable, there is a fridge, TV, coffee and tea maker, hair dryer, and there are also laundry services. Good food, good lighting, only the hallway door at night is a bit lacking. Overall I give a 5 star and I want to come back again if I go to Bandung again.

Good hospitality, room service ok, food was ok, little bit notice : is a long way waiting the lift, small bathroom but its still ok. The hotel was for stay and go,

Clean, friendly staff, just that there is no swimming pool and gym. breakfast no beef menu, only processed foods such as rolade, sausages.

Fun family vacation hotel because of its location connected to the mall and trans studios.

Good value for money considering the breakfast, location and accommodation. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Room are adequately equipped but only essentials are available. Don't expect any small luxury as everything are kept at a minimum according to the price. More than adequate spread of TV channels though.

A very compact and clean lobby and restaurant. It's adjacent to Trans Studio and Mall. Wide parking space available. The most important things is they're consistently applying the "New Normal Protocol", with their automatic body temperatures scanner and hand sanitizer, this is awesome! Keep it up Ibis Trans!

It's really just one drawback, the bathroom can't be locked

Great hotel to stay, near to Trans Studio Bandung, Mall and other interesting places in Bandung. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.

The rooms are small but comfortable, clean for 3-star sizes that are lacking in facilities, but my child and wife are comfortable near the mall and trans studio, which I am annoyed with is the old belboy to pick up my things but fortunately there is ANDRI HK helped me to lift things even though until the front of the elevator, my family and I were helped and the hospitality of my child was happy, recommended that I have a vacation to Bandung again to give it back to the hotel ibis.

There's a cockroach ... Thank you for the direct review from ibis ... I mean when there is a small cockroach ... but it's really clean overall ... so I'm confused how come there is a small cockroach ... just increase the cleanliness thanks ...

Strategically located, one area with Trans Mall Studio.
The room is clean although not too big. The bathroom is clean and all equipment is functioning properly. Hot water is available. The size of the bathroom is too small.

The service is satisfying and especially the clening service is good with Andre at the ibis hotel
