ibis Bandung Trans Studio Reviews

There are several things that I need to raise these up about the hotel and the services:
1. A great location as I stayed with my family and easy access to the mall.
2. A very late check in. We drove early from Jakarta as we know exactly that C/I time at 14:00 hence we decided to visit China Town whilst waiting for the rooms. Yes, we have booked 2 rooms, connecting doors. The receptionists were not friendly especially the female staffs.
3. We came back to the hotel to collect the room keys at 15:00. However, only one room was ready and the other one was still on the process of cleaning. We decided to wait at our first room; and we did not hear the housekeeping cleaning up. We ignored it. By 15:20, we called the receptionist asking for the room and he asked us to wait. After a while, we heard that they re starting to clean the room. Unbelievable!!! They should have not told us a lie though By 15:40, we got the room key. A very bad service.
4. The next morning, we have had breakfast. The breakfast room was large, the variety of the food was good. However, the food was tasteless (bubur ayam, nasi uduk, tempe orek, mie goreng, ayam pedas etc), only breads that my family and I like. I ordered sunny side eggs to the female cook and she said ok. I told her that I will come back. After 10 minutes, I came back to pick up my eggs, but not ready. She was making it for me and I have to wait for another 3 minutes. I could not believe it!! Whilst I was having breakfast, I saw 3-4 cooks having chat with one to another, NO WONDER, they are not attentive. I need to highlight here. If I visit Bandung area, yes, I always catch the staffs talking each other, at the shopping center, hotels and restaurants.
However, Ibis hotel is a part of ACCORS. They should follow the standard (the International Standard).
5. Back to my room, I have found a letter written I need to collect my laundry ? I did not even drop my clothes in the laundry bag anyway.

From all the bad service we have experienced; there are good and friendly staffs: Waiters at the restaurant, security at the porte-chochere. Conclusion: Not recommended if you expect to have a good service.

Hotels with quite luxurious facilities are located near the mall

This ibis trans hotel is located in the Trans Studio Bandung complex, happy to stay here, the place is clearly stellar, around crowded, near where, if you want to shop at Trans Mall, there is a Trans Studio if you want to play, there is a large mosque, next to the Trans Hotel , so if you need to eat there is a restaurant below and many other restaurants. So it's very happy to stay here. Very, really. Recommended.

This my second time to stay at Ibis trans hotel. Even i cannot sleep, the room its clean. Good services. Nice breakfast and near the shooping mall.

The experience of this holiday here is not pleasant. First, at 3:30 a room door taps housekeeping to hand over toothbrushes and toothpaste. Second, at breakfast. Not finished eating, left to take drinking water, my food was transported cleaned. Direct badmood

But the free wi-fi will be problems

Breakfast was pretty good. But the bathroom was dirty. Urine was all over toilet seat. I doubt that the room got clean before. But I got a new room across for a change after I reported the problem to the receptionist. Thank you ! But still cant believe about cleanliness issue because Ibis is one of the Accors group.

A comfortable place to travel to Bandung city ... !!

1/1/18. I stayed at 15th night, at that time the elevator only operated 1, so I needed a long time to wait for the elevator, when the elevator was fully open, finally I used the emergency stairs to the lobby floor, after reaching the bottom of the emergency exit opened alias locked from outside. The name "emergency" door is why it's locked? What is the point of an emergency door then? Where there is an emergency door locked, I often indulge in the building, only this one building has an emergency door locked. I was very disappointed, the hotel didn't even have a single word to me, I understand this is a high season where hotel visitors fold many times from the usual day, but what I regret is from the 15th floor to the ground floor using an emergency staircase locked, the security guard said "you should use an evacuation elevator" while the front office said the evacuation elevator could not be used. Hopefully this review is useful for all parties.

Clean well maintained and there is access to the trans studio mall, parking is also free by registering the vehicle at check-in.

Really affordable price for hotel near Trans Studio Mall and Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung. Very recommended. Love it.

The best Ibis I have ever been in the world! The room is big and clean. The breakfast is like having a marvelous lunch and the price is the best too. All the staff is kind, polite, efficient and attentions. The localization is very convenient, side by side a big and modern shopping mall.

Good hotel, clean friendly service, price of 592 per night, only get breakfast, darling does not have swimming pool, very good view, very close to Trans studio bandung, and Trans mall

Like the old hotel interior, there is only a small renovation, the paint is also not neat. Central access, still analog, the room is less soundproof, the view to Transstudio is quite entertaining, the food is many variants but nothing special. Crew is quite friendly, the price with the impression that the above is slightly overrated
