Wounderful hotel and staff. Excellent food and fabulous rooms with great view. Amazing just loved everything !!!

My wife and I had made a reservation to stay last week. When we arrived our room was not ready and were instructed to wait and eat at the all inclusive buffet. The food was not tasteful or pleasing. Once our room was ready we went in and noticed that the bathroom door would not close and there was no trash bin inside the restroom. Finally we were not even provided a coffee maker. We went back downstairs and received a refund. Customer service was at an all time low when i received a surprise charge for the reservation and called the hotel. I was given a terrible treatment by the gentleman (gabriel I believe) and he quickly hung up on me. I quickly jumped on here and left this review. Pure Salt Garonda made it up and we ended up having a great vacation.

My husband and I stayed here for the first leg of our honeymoon. The views, food, and staff were wonderful. Mallorca is a popular spot for Germans so we definitely felt like we were in Munich at some points. Being two men at this resort was no problem but many of the guests stared during meal times and around the pool. If you can handle that then this is the place for you!

The most amazing hotel, five stars all the way. From the moment we were greeted by Rosa till we left all the staff were so helpful and friendly, go above and beyond. They knew we were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary and on returning to our room there was a bottle of bubbles and two glasses. Such a lovely touch. Rooms are beautiful, as is the fresh clean decor all around the hotel, white and blue. The restaurant has the most amazing food, really good selection across all three meals. Bubbles with breakfast! Choice of eating in or outside. Good selection of gluten free food I noticed as well. Cooked while you wait omlettes etc for breakfast and in the evening meat and fish. Beautiful pool and a lovely area to sit outside and watch the world go by. On the top floor is an infinity pool, well worth visiting if just for the views alone. Just across the road is a wonderful sandy beach, sea very warm and shallow, walk out a long way. Entertainment each evening till 2230, bar open till midnight. Taxi from airport 18, buses to get out and about stop within 50 metres of the hotel, same with bike hire. Cycle the coastal route to Palma just 10 kilometres. Good selection of little shops, restaurants/bars all within walking distance of the hotel. Views from rooms amazing, all appear to have a good view of the sea. Would we return, most definitely.

Very nice hotel. All the better being Adults Only. We were all inclusive in a Suite on the top floor. This included access to the more quiet rooftop pool area which was nice. Food bery good (although they couldn t understand how to make an egg-white omelette!) although the restaurant did get full midway through both breakfast & dinner until close. The restaurant was empty for lunch which was nice. Staff friendly and hotel well maintained. Gym very hot, air con needs addressing there.

Only reason it's not a 5 is because the AC wasn't working. We couldn't sleep at all because it was so hot. Otherwise nice single-use plastic free hotel. Close to the beach.

Huge breakfast. Really nice facility. Would book a room without a sea view because then you can also sit in the afternoon on the balcony without burning up;)

Terrific. Recently modernised. Right next to the beach. Food is pretty good and served as an all you can eat style buffet so you can pick and choose what you want. We did struggle to find something we fancied one night but that could be more our fault for being fussy than the hotels. Have to say that even the side sea view rooms get a great view and our sea view room view was superb. Great air conditioning which is very welcome when it's 32'C outside. Adults only so very relaxing and evening entertainment is provided but not up to much, better off heading out for that.

We have a short vacation and are really excited it has just everything fit. The food, pool, beach and great rooftop rooms were clean, and a super friendly staff, what more could you want.

An incredible hotel, very good treatment, great stays and best of all the beach at 20 steps the great water and the great area ..
The bar on the terrace is great for the evening, the rooms are not very big but that is very clean.

We are very disappointed with the Iberostar Bahia de Palma. You really should watch what you book there. Sea view is not sea view :-) but mostly a view over roofs or through trees hidden sea view. Service and staff, as well as food was good, but the rooms, storage of the rooms and pool area a joke ...... and if you want more (for example, a higher floor such as 3) then you will always PAY NOW PLEASE. There are limited areas which can only be visited by extra charge. For us for a 4.5 star hotel an absolute NO GO. Since we are much better used from Palma. DEFINITELY 1 time and never again. WHAT A SHAME

Since we arrived at the hotel everything was great, at the reception Gabriel treated us from Maravilla was very cordial and we explained everything, everything was easy, the rooms always very clean and always very well taken care of by the girl who takes care of the room (puri)

I've been coming to Iberostar hotels for 20 years, but have never experienced such a thing. Our reservation was changed the day before and asked when we arrived. When we arrived at the hotel our room was not ready yet More

We stayed there for an overnight stay. Had a very nice, modern furnished suite with views over the Playa de Palma. Friendly staff and an extensive breakfast buffet. Definitely recommended for a longer stay.

Pronounced good hotel, for adults only, target group over 35 years

Close to the airport, ideally located in front of the sea, rooms quite spacious and clean, very friendly staff. The hotel is in a busy but quiet area at midnight. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The food is good there, unlike many places on the island.

Very modern hotel in a great location. The staff at the front desk and in the dining area is very friendly. We were here for 2.x. On our third stay but on the third day a very expensive, new piece of clothing disappeared from the room. The management was very unprofessional with the incident handled and the damage was not replaced. We do not go to the hotel anymore.
