Do not pay by card since it seems that they steal the information and make transactions that do not apply.

If these are express I don t want to think about what the others are like. Left at 8:30am (Friday) from Denver heading to DGO. Over 25 hours now and can t see arriving anytime soon!!! After being transferred to a van, now the driver is lost!! Now he is asking that my elderly parents come pick up because he does not want to go where I paid for. This is ridiculous!! Should not advertise direct trips when you CANT Deliver!!!!!!! Never again. If you take the bus be ready to get rippped off when crossing and not arriving at the destination you are promised.

I do not recommend this service at all !!!! They are not sincere, they do not comply with what they say and they do not have a system in case a truck breaks down .... I traveled with them on Friday, February 9, 2018. I left Calvillo Aguascalientes at 6am. I brought 3 children with me, we arrived in Durango at 2pm in that course of the 8 hours they made 3 stops in Zacatecas they did not give us chanse to go down to eat, they denied me that there was Wi-Fi ... And people were bringing up the same seats as one ..... When we changed in Durango they changed our truck, and again people already had seats in our seats that they had those numbers and they didn't want to move either, it was a total lack of control .....

Travel from memphis to dgo and at first everything was fine oos very comfortable seats and the truck in good condition
Arriving at fot worth we leave with the antics of that we would change truck for no reason
Because the truck they changed us to was in poor condition neither the guadiana express logo had the super reduced seats we could not even lay down because we were crushing the one behind a lady the seat was stopped and the drivers never gave us a solution
And apart they commented the same passengers that it was not the first time that this happened
I paid for a good service that never gave me hope for a solution
