I paid a surcharge for the gift package ... or a sheet of tissue paper to wrap the article! Bill billions and not even in their own box did they get it. I'm talking about a wallet of a few hundred euros wrapped in a sheet of paper! Indecent! Shame!

Order placed on online dodo (which can be seen from the receipt as part of the Yoox net a porter group) on April 1st. The 8 arrives the email that ensures that the package has been sent, actually on the courier tracking (TNT) is not so. 28 days have passed since the order and 21 days since the alleged shipment as well as a dozen of useless calls to customer service and as many emails. The truth is that the package does not know where it is but they do not care if the customer who has already paid (230 ) is involved. All this infinite ballet when it would be enough to redo the shipment (then where the other package ended up is a problem between them and the courier) or refund the customer. Incompetent or dishonest (or both).

January 27th - this company accepts stolen credit cards. I have tried to contact the company to no avail for information on shipping address of merchandise or name. Tried calling their local Milan phone number but out of service.

The worst Chinese sneakers. Stated as - genuine leather, all this is natural dermantin, plastic and oilcloth. Or, frankly, artificial leather. Awful smell .... Where do you roll ??? All fakes, it's not even China - even worse. Goodbye, I'm not your customer anymore. I sent the whole order back to you. It is impossible to wear.

YOOX does not only breaches the clausules from its Return Policy, but to make matters worse, they do not notify, clarify, nor provide you with any justification or irrefutable proof of the clause for which the return of the goods cannot be accepted.

They have just lost me as a client, and I will definitely demand my refund until I get it, no matter how far I have to go. There s no doubt I will make a legal claim if necessary to denounce their mala praxis.

They did not want to pay back / compensate the damage, denying that it was caused by the clothes bought.
The support ignored me, no longer replying to emails.
I turned to the consumer association.
I will never buy again, beware of those who do not put customers at the center of their services.
