The 8 arrives the email that ensures that the package has been sent, actually on the courier tracking (TNT) is not so. 28 days have passed since the order and 21 days since the alleged shipment as well as a dozen of useless calls to customer service and as many emails. The truth is that the package does not know where it is but they do not care if the customer who has already paid (230 ) is involved.
