It's a good place to work bcz they have no number of domestic and international process in which they can offer you minimum 10k to 45k. You must visit this place for interview. Interview starts from 10am in the morning to till evening 5pm.

Very good working environment is offered but they hire only deserving candidates at negotiable salary.

It is one of the biggest BPO service industry in NCR. There are almost 8000+ employees working here with hiring almost 100 people everyday (attrition is also high). They have number of domestic and international clients they are dealing with. They pay their employees very well unlike other BPOs. International process employees work 5 days in a week and 6 days in a week for domestic process. Major clients this company have includes Goibibo, makemytrip, paytm, dominos, hyundai, samsung in domestic and they have Vegas, BlackJack, Nuance, Roblox when it comes to international clients.

Paid parking, dirty water supply sometimes insects came in water.... Water is too poor generally employees purchase water is you want good and filter water.... No tea coffee facility.... Poor and worst management

Nice company. Vast premises. Got selected for Int'l process, but didn't go for some reason. Some say it's blacklisted, some say it's not. Don't know. Good company.

Very crowded place,infrastructure is ok.. No systematic way to conduct interviews and also you have to devote whole day for the interview process....

It is amazing company of NOIDA but the people who are there. They r not supportive. You will get very good package but enivernoment is not good. And salary comes on Time but when you will go inside you will be amazed because it is very big company. And u Wil unable to take help of Google

Good place to get a start in the bpo. A person can get a job here with ease, salary however could vary as per their skills.
BUT
If you have experience then would never suggest to work here as they treat employees as robot who would never be late nor would be injured or ill. No managers take the responsibility on the behalf of the employees and do not understand the need of the individual. For them if they need work and a person is not well then too he/she has to come to the office no matter the person has all the required documents to prove their points.

Very Cheap bpo big building but salary is very low as they give rotational shifts without cab so it's very cheap.

Good work environment but at night it is not safe outside the campus.

Parking is too costly so pls check your pocket budget. But the Ienerziger the best place to work for domestic or international bpo.

It's good working place, their staff members are good in communication and if you have good communication skills then it's good.

I am working here the services are literally bad agar el din chutti kari toh salry bi kategi or fine bi car punchin ni hua to half day ki salary cut 1 second late bi hua punch in to bi half day ki salary cut bhot chutiya banate h company wale ye mat aana yaha

This is a huge company and fabulously facilitate one as i am working here.

If you want to work for short time period then it's ok. Otherwiser there is no work life balance. No parking.

Call center, beginners can start their career here without any higher qualifications. Here is a plus point of good English is that you can earn better than others plus us and uk based customers won't bother you much.

Ek dum bakwaas company hai pure noida me .....its just waste of time ....or isme dish tv k a process hai ..bacho ko hire krte hai backend ka kh ke or unse backend or calling dono krwate hai.....

Very pathetic, unethical Recruiters. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in Human resources of all the organisations or corporations I have been to. They don't respect you as a professional employee. They try to command like a kid in high school.

Toilet is worst than a public toilet and drinkable water is a big issue, other wise anyone can get job

Ienergizer is the best place to work for. Office staffs are really very very supportive and the environment is also super cool. It is too good or we can say that it is a best place for freshers. No pressure at all. But there are some process in which pressures might be there . But considering my experience over there for 6 months , they were just wonderful and superb. I would really love to work for this company again if I get the opportunity.

I am working here since past 6 months, probably it has the highest domestic package. Nice place to work, they have a shift of 24*7, HR is nice tho, a well maintained floor and nice way to deal with things, they have several processes with them like Samsung, Naaptol, MakeMyTrip, indiaMart, PayTm etc. highly prefer to freshers. Package may vary from 1.0L to 3.0L per annum. Also they have international processes as well such as Robolox, EA Sport, Rockstar, Black Jack etc, they have a pay scale of upto 5.0L per annum for international one. Work is no hectic tho but you have to work with the decency. Almost every facility is available inside the premises tho.
They probably do not provide the Cab Facilities, but generally have night allowance. Nearest metro station is Fortis Hospital, generally auto rikshaw takes 10 rupees to drop you at the Gate number 1 of the iEnergizer, or you can visit it with your own vehicle. Parking charges are 40 Rupees for single day. They provide a monthly pass as well for 500 for 2 wheelers and 1500 for 4 wheelers.
HR opens from 10-5 Monday to Friday. A general interview can take whole day so prepare yourself first before approaching the HR. But for sure this is the highest paying BPO among all situated in noida. So if anyone is willing to earn some few funds or seeking for a career in BPO, then it s a best place to start things from.

it good for the freshers .....walk in interview ..you may come anyday for interview ...there are many jobs like domestic and international in which you will be qualified ....take a refrence before there it may increse your chance to get a job ...good fluency english is also necessary ...

No matter if you go in the early morning or afternoon they'll take your whole day during the interview.. but company provides good salary as well as well designation

It's a BPO per se with a large number of "process" to join in with having different kinds of job profiles such as voice, chat, email, back office etc.

Interviews are conducted on a daily basis 7 days a week.

It's a good way to earn money while either sharpening your skill set or either finding your talent as well.

Company premises are okay-ish. Male toilets at the ground level (inside the company) are horrendous.

Food will literally make you pay for a doctor's appointment if you don't know what to eat. XD

Salary comes at times and they have good salaries for "freshers" as well (depending upon the process).

They take care only voice or calling candidate in interview if you are in other profile apart from voice then don't go for the interview.

worst management, dnt waste ur time here. new employees come to learn,work n earn,they didnt come to dance in the training room. wakeup management team of IE,ur environment is polluted,its time to clear the weeds.

The infrastructure is good and the best part is salary is always on time.

Worst place... My friend got interviewed on 14/jan/2020 and she qualified the interview and got offer letter for same , according to which joining was on 18/01/2020. She reached there as per schedule they keep her waiting and in second half say that you can go we don't have vacancy for that process. So for what purpose they gave offer letter?
