I ENERGIZER Review

I love ienergizer because I work over there and I love the atmosphere and working process awsome ...love u ienergizer

IEnergizer offers lucrative packages but it's only because their culture and work environment is horrible. If you take one day unplanned leave all hell will break loose upon u, also 3000 will be deducted, so the company is not flexible enough for leaves. The condition of washrooms is terrible, people smoke there as IE is not sensible enough to have smoke detectors. Interestingly they are flexible enough for weed smokers,they say it comes under ztp(direct termination) but they did nothing when someone smoked weed inside campus. And if you have been good in academics then never go to IEnergizer as you would feel like an alien stuck with amazingly dumb people. I am writing all this because I had a very bad experience in IE. Still, I would suggest that work in a company with lesser salary and rich culture like vodafone,BT, etc.

I love the company .. I visited the place twice , premise is huge and beautiful .. a lot of people are working here.

It is a BPO where aprx. 12000 people wrks under a roof.
They have a large cafeteria and workplace.

Person with good communication skills who wants to do job in BPO can get job here easily
HR will ask some common question from you like what is CUSTOMER SERVICE and what is BPO and some other questions depending upon your Resume (1st Round)
For 2nd round you will face client and he also asking general question like tell me something about yourself
Tell me something about your education

This is very beautiful place . There are many vacancy for BPO sector

This company only want excellent English communication people . Interviewer decided about your communication and pronunciation . In my opinion his customers from US and Canada etc that's why he can't understand good English or Hindi......

There is not an option to give less than 1 star to this organisation it should be given 0(zero) star, Sorry to say but it is the worst place to invest your time for getting hired , if you are fresher or an experienced candidate nothing matters, in the name of hiring they are just I'll treating and wasting your time, here in i-energizer anyone can be selected if they have strong reference like a team lead, process manager, they actually have pre decided budget where they hire you on minimum package which is between 10-17k in hand if you demand more according to your last CTC they will simply reject you in next round by giving some absurd excuse, please dont waste your time in such places use your skills and go for good openings.

I would also like to appreciate Ms.Neha from H.R department who is simply ignorant to everything as the person coming first is addressed in the last they do not believe in FIFO format they are working on LIFO format as Ms.Neha is always busy in seperating the profiles of referal ones and taking good care that the person coming from reference should get hired first and rest are should wait and see how the so called big organization work.

This is the place holding thousands of employees with good salary structure. You can have a great start from here as many more processes are available here. From the ground level to the top management team, staffs are well behaved and helpful.
This place can easily accessable and parking is available here.

The security system was better. It's a good place to get job as Fresher. They have a long time period of taking interview. You have to pay for parking.
All employees are supportive and comparative. This was neat and clean.
I liked many things but company should work on their interview process, this is slow. If, you went there for interview so, be ready and get off from home with your lunch box.

6 Years Back I joined This Company as Executive, That Time this company did not have so many process like it has now. I became Team Leader there and I switched from there after heaving almost 3 years experience.. After One and Half Year I joined back again and realised that I actually did not about this comp. because I used to see lot of politics by top management.. Favourtism..Top management like to have those people and promote to those people who can do buttering for them , does not matter they know work or not, I saw top level people coming with one higher designation who were asked to leave earlier for E.g. Rajiv Batra, They only and only promote those people who can do buttering...One more thing HR Team is Men bysed , Once any female raise the complaint against you even for being rude they never do investigate and get counceling , you are just gone..And I am working as Assistant Manager with other company and I confessed this... If you have nothing to take with promotion and you are not in to making your carrier so this place is for you, But if you are someone who want to make your future and have self respect then you can be here for so long... I have only one star because of salary, They give salary on time. that s the only piece I liked about this company. Thanks

He always takes written test and check writing. Than said . You should join other prosses. Not check speaking level

Been there for an Interview. Staff or recruiting members approach not satisfactory. I just went there and after waiting for approx 6 hrs, I decided not to waste anymore of my valuable time.

STAY AWAY from this company. They make you work like a slave day and night. You cannot fall sick and incase you happen to take an off, they will punish you with no appraisal for the year. Two years you work without any salary increment. Absolutely gutted. Very poor appraisal and leave policy. Please stop your business if you intend to make money out your employees pocket

BPO , call centre . Good for job seekers . If you want a job you can surely get here bcz many process are always running here . They always have vacancies . Good environment and staff . Salary staff is good and well traind .. 20 min late time is great

No growth, they treat employee like a slave, hectic interview process they waste your whole day for 2 minutes interview.
Not a bad place for fresher to give their career a start.

It is good place to work in, having facility of meal with reasonable price and sufficient salary and also having leaves on valid cases. But doesn't organise much events for employees not even on holi or any other festivals.

Location is not properly setup on map, however good company to start your career with.

It will be not wrong if i say it as a hub of various engineers who didn't get job in there core fields.
1. In my opinion best BPO in noida, good salaries are given as compared to other BPOs, suitable for every person either good in hindi or English fluency.

Company is good for those who want to work in calling line . There are lots of process .. but sometime beware of staff ..regarding slry... but all good

Hr. Department is very critical doesn't understand what they want. Never use good communication at all, Very difficult to Understand. But environment is cool so 4 stars.

I've working there for 9mnths in which they have deducted 3 months attendance incentive.Hr department feels that they are the boss of this company.

Located in sector 60 noida and hundreds of employees working here. Company offering voice/Non voice/Backend profile. One time lunch/dinner for night shift employees.

This company will ask you to join the very next day and i would say that its a company which wants to eploite new comers.
They will expect so much from you but negotiate for salary like cheap guys.

Good Place to work as colleagues are very cooperative but the supervisors are not at all supportive. Even the salary packages are not good and their increment policy is useless. They do not provide timely increment.

You can work here if you have to earn a good sun of money. The HRs are not so good here.

Worst requirement process..dont go there...these people are just frauds...the will spoil ur whole day and at the end won't give u job for no reason

My god there is no social distancing.. you are risking your life if you are working here......Btw they pay well if you do good in interviews

Poor management & poor attitude. Interview process is quite lengthy and take around 12 hours to clear all the process. If you are not selected, still HR will tell you to wait until you spend 12 hours in office premises. This company is like a jail & hell. Once you entered, you can't go outside without your shift is over (even in case of emergency too).

I was employee of the international gaming process in this company.
This company has a lot of demerits.
1. Management is greedy.
2. Management finds an excuse to eat employee money by deducting mandatory meal amount, by adding attendence incentive amount in CTC and deducting it on single unplanned leave or half-day.
3. Employees are not allowed to go outside office premises after entering.
4. Employees need to punch card 4 times at entry and exit gates.

Pathetic.
Worst recruitment process. Their recruitment process is so slow that you can't imagine. Further, they charge for parking even from employees, let alone candidates. Also, they treat candidates very rudely. So i would suggest go there only if there is no option left.

First round will be hr they will shortlist you on the basis of your communication skills and tell you the process they are referring you for. The thing that I really don't like is you have to wait a lot and also one couldn't get to now when will be their turn Good place, please come and give interview, if you able then you surely get a job, but remember your communication in English should be fluent and good, otherwise you don't get a job in this company..!!

If you ever visit this place and if you are not a smoker. Don't ever visit the American Dhaba in this place because it is the place in the company where people usually smokes.

Wierd policies about penalties for absentism in work and forgot to punch attendance. I don't like this place.

I got job in aakash process and training is 7 days but in 2nd day they terminate me without any reason.

I Energizer is a bpo company salary package is good and salary date is 7 of every month and they deduct 250 fine for unplanned leave

They provide really nice salary to Freshers and you can earn good experience from this company
