First of all if you have good communication skill than you will definitely get a good salery to both fresher and experience holder.
Secondly those all review which are giving below are base less..if you have cl el in you account you can use it without any issue..
And for extra leave you guys also know that none of the company management will tell you ha sure if you don't want to come office you don't come and same is hare they don't give extra leave easily but its not a big deal if you don't come to office for one or two days.only thing will happen is they will deduct the amount for days when you have not come to the office.

You might face a bit challenge for salary at the time of training bcoz u will get you first full salary only after you complete you training and get certified for the process.
