I Do Venues Review

Where to start, we had these do our wedding back in August. Their stuff for decorating is lovely and we were so excited to be working with them. Didn t have too much contact in the lead up to the wedding which seemed strange, but I also didn t mind too much as these things happen and we didn t contact too much other than to make arrangements. The day before the wedding I was at our venue when we noticed the wrong table cloths were out so my husband to be contacted Holly who initially did not pick up her phone or contact back. The venue initially told us we would have our chosen cloths. Then Holly contacted back and told us it had been a supplier issue and we couldn t have what we wanted. All this the night before. Then she claimed she d emailed all her clients to inform them the cloths we wanted weren t available - they had never told us. She made us out to be liars on this. Then the day of the wedding she didn t even have the grace to apologise or explain and avoided me while she set up. The ceremony room had nowhere near as many candles as we were promised either.

The day after the wedding my husband heard Holly speaking about us negatively to the hotel staff at the venue, claiming we didn t get in contact with her until 11pm the night before when it was actually 7pm. She had the cheek to turn around and ask if she should be contactable all hours, to which we said well yes the day before you have a wedding it s not too unreasonable to need to contact our dressers. She then went on to try and explain her persons circumstances about having a sick kid etc, just so unprofessional.

As we were leaving the venue it ended up in a huge row, my husband arguing with her while I was in tears and Michelle who was with her had the audacity to wave her hand in my mother in laws face and tell her to do one. Vile woman.

I could not recommend avoiding these girls more if I tried. Horribly unprofessional and cannot take any criticism. Becoming irate and arguing with my husband the night before our wedding and again the day after it. Rude and horrible.

I have used I Do Venue Dressing for years now since my wedding in October 2017.

I didn t have my wedding originally booked with them however due to some unexpected circumstances with the other venue dressers I asked the girls if they could fit me in. They did everything they could and confirmed to me the same day that they could dress my wedding! BEST OUTCOME THAT EVER HAPPENED! My wedding decor was a total dream and I loved everything they did. They really understood what I wanted and made my ideas reality.

Since then I have had I Do Venue Dressing do back drop and decor for my sons birthday parties every year, again every time totally smashing it out of the park! The girls really have an eye for detail and that s what I like as I m a perfectionist myself.

I also got I Do Venue Dressing to dress my mums wedding back in December 2019. WOW I wish I could attach pictures as words cannot describe how AMAZING and STUNNING the venue looked.

You girls should be proud of the business you have grown and you will always have me booking you for every occasion, contemplating renewing my vows just so I have an excuse to have another wedding dressed by you.

Just started working with these lovely ladies. Absolutely amazing can recreate any look or vision and style a wedding so magical and perfect. They are a dream to work with automatically put any customer at ease and have the most gorgeous showroom.

Unprofessional and rude.
I had these booked for a year and 7 weeks before my wedding after minimal emails; I receive a phone call shouting down the phone saying they don t want to do my wedding if I don t trust them? Saying a lot about their personal lives to me and making me cry on the phone. Demonstrated to me that I clearly made the wrong decision to be with them.

I can t explain how amazing these girls are at making a venue look it s best. My wedding was absolutely stunning because of the graft that they put into it. It s a bonus that Natalie, Holly and Amy are all lovely girls!

I really cannot express how great the girls at I Do Venue Dressing are.

I got married in December 2019 and asked them to put together a Frozen theme for me. WOW it was totally amazing and went beyond all my expectations.

I would highly recommed.
