This is a customer service rave. This is a review that can let you know how awesome their staff was when they were asked for something a little outside the norm. We bought a $500 AC unit. Super hot outside and inside, we have a vent... It doesn't fit. It's a Friday, everybody is gonna close soon. Already went to one place, they couldn't help. Take a stab at calling a professional business, maybe today is lucky. When you hear those wonderful words: "yeah we have that," and "I'll stay open a little later to help you out." Boy that was a godsend, and to top it off, they even cut the thing so it would work. So, if that is what kind of awesome experience you're gonna get, even on a hot Friday, and at closing time. I think it isnt hard to to feel good about what they specialize in every day. Those guys made my day!

The guys at High Country Heating are great! Very cold new year's day in our house as the furnace stopped working. Although the guys were extremely busy, Larry quickly helped us trouble shoot and get us back up and running. We really appreciate their expertise and great customer service.
