Total rip off of a company used by AT&T. Steals your trade in.
This company is a complete joke its like 1 guy Receptionist that answers the phone reads from same script never gives clear answers on promo att rewards card
I sent in my phone in as an AT&T trade-in program. My phone had absolutely no damage. It was always in a case and had a screen protector on it. HYLA stated the phone they received had a damaged screen. Sadly, I didn't think to take photos of my phone before I sent it out to them. That was definitely my mistake. I will never again do a trade-in with AT&T if they are working with Hyla.
This company will lie and try to scam you out of hundreds of dollars. If you are trading in your phone through AT&T, don't. This company is shady and should be avoided at all costs!
I have been trying to get a trade-in kit from these folks for approx. 3 weeks now to NO AVAIL. I have tried contacting them and evidently they can't afford a receptionist. If you decide to deal with these FLAKES good luck.
This company outright attempted to commit fraud on a trade in I sent in. Fortunately I have all the proof in the world against them, which is why Samsung cancelled any charge. The pictures below of the mint condition phone I sent in just before putting the phone in the return box are completely different from that attached in the supposed "review" done by Hyla mobile. So glad I have evidence. I will be filing complaints everywhere possible and reaching out to heads of Samsung directly so they know the practices Hyla is engaged in.
I hate that the big cell phone companies use this place. They are basically a scam. They refused to give credit for my phone, they claim the phone was damaged. I have pictures of the phone the day I shipped it. They refuse to show me proof of any damage. So basically if you send your phone in, kiss your personal property goodbye, because they will lie, and not credit you.
