Had lunch at StraitsKitchen. Food is quite good. Quite a large variety of meat cooked in different styles. Their satay was great as well.

Great decor, stylish and clean. However meeting rooms might be difficult to find.

Great location. There is also a high-quality Local Foods Straight Kitchen, and the food is perfect.

Know for its class. Just located outside Orchard Road, its ideal for shopping. Traffic is not good tho but you can just walk...... If you are looking for fast, paying love, try their underground club.................... you know what I mean.......

I found myself well, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, which is not very common in the East, the services offered by the hotel are excellent, the room with a view of the Petronas is excellent, and the mattress, the only drawback is the pool. suffocated by adjacent buildings and not very sunny as a result, but in the center is the price to pay ....

A hotel in Orchard Road. A quiet space among the bustling. Maybe I like Orchard.

The hotel is strategically located in a shopping center, everywhere is easy. The staff is friendly, clean, comfortable, the breakfast menu is available in western, oriental and Indian style. The food is good, halal certified. It will only be better if the breakfast menu varies from day to day. Facilities that are owned by spa, gym, swimming pool, restaurant etc.

Ordered 9 set of the lunch takeaway today. Delivery fee is flat $20 for amount less than $300. The delivery fee is consider pretty high and the requirement for free delivery is pretty difficult to achieve. For each pack of $12, need to order 25 packs. Food came without any utensils and there is no option to indicate if i want utensil or not. Naturally, i should expect utensil or i am expected to eat with my hand?
Food was ok but not surprisely impressive. Honest feedback by the 9 of us. Only 3 will consider to buy again. For the price and reputation of Grand Hyatt, i am expecting better.

The Junior Suites are very comfortable for the business traveller. The sitting room is very convenient for having private meetings in a secure environment. Good food, nice places to eat and drink, and plenty of other things to do and see nearby on your downtime.

It is located an a convenient spot. Easy to find. Lobby feels welcoming, spacious and luxurious. Staff were well trained, polite. Do drop by the Mezzanine Bar for some creative martinis.

Attended an event at level 3. Buffet lunch and tea breaks were nice. Location is near to mrt and conveniently located in the central area. The event room was huge and comes with super clear projector.

This review is based on our recent four-night-stay. The key consideration of staying here is the location, conveniently located around malls, many decent eateries (both affordable & premium) and the Orchard train station, allowing easy manoeuvrability around the island.

Room is comfortably good size for the rate, well-equipped for business travellers as it has all the amenities (like iron, hairdryer without having to specially request). The decor is slightly dated, and some areas could be better lit like the washbasin and the guest-elevators.



Sleep quality was alright, reasonably smooth bedsheets and bed. However, prepared to wake up early during weekend, as soundproofing was not good, and traveling families with kids were noisy along the corridor. It's a matter of luck, we have a loud one opposite our room.

Housekeeping is alright but inconsistent with attention to details. Thus will have to call daily to request for replenishing of missing items. Cleaning of used cups was not thorough for two of the four nights.

Also note, at the pretext of environmental consciousness/eco-friendliness, bedsheets are changed on third night, which I felt is too long, probably two nights are reasonable.

Generally their staff is courteous and helpful.

I attended a wedding lunch last Saturday. Food is really good.

I was there to pick up some mooncakes. The order itself was fulfilled without issue. The issue i had was the abysmal customer service prior to my order being fulfilled. I had ordered my mooncakes online and received an email confirming payment had been processed. However, there was no confirmation for preferred pickup time (which i thought should have been included in the receipt to begin with.) I then wrote in on their 'Contact us' webform to clarify my pickup date. I waited 4 working days. No response. I then wrote an email asking for clarification. I waited 3 working days. Again, no response. Finally, i decided to ring the hotel and got my answer. Bearing in mind, this is a 5* hotel where a customer writes in through 2 of their stipulated channels and received zero response after a total of 7 working days; and only receiving a response after having to call (Something i didn't feel i needed to do, not a big deal i admit, but my point still stands.) Definitely need to work on their customer service, especially in responding to online queries.

Great afternoon tea. Service staff at 10 Scotts were attentive and welcoming too.

Expected a little more from Damai Spa due to its high price point.. masseuse could have explained what kind of massage we were going to get and both of them vanished after the treatment. Also, refreshments could have been better than just lukewarm ginger tea. Other spas offer fruit and warm Chinese desserts to complete the spa experience. Nonetheless, massage and ambience was good.

Friendly staff, clean room, great location, will definitely consider staying here again.

On top of that, food was amazing. Braised duck was exceptionally luscious - the texture was like ham topped with smokey sauce

Booked a 2 bed room, got 2 single beds right next to each other, no problem with relocation with the staff, who were very friendly and helpful, but only to get the exact same thing but with the beds 1 metre apart, neighbours across the hall were a huge pain in the butt, running around and yelling at 12am. bloody nuisance, aside from this, very good food and service. but ordered a bucket of ice to drink with and it came 25 minutes after i ordered it, the whole week i was there

WOH benefit is not honor such as late check out or room upgrade. Reception was not interested. 10at scotts was a great place for a meeting, I hope they peel the prawn instead and give discount for in room guests.

Not hear to review my stay but to review the working environment in the hotel as a banquet waiter. Totally rude full time waiters with lack of respect to newcomers and managers that didnt treat you like a normal human being. Looks like ethics and working culture doesnt exist in this hotel only arrogance and ignorance that compeltely destroy our morale in the workplace.
