Had super-slow room service. Should have just ordered on FOODPANDA or GRABAFOOD or DILIVEROO whatever would be far more faster.
Ordering the room service is super slow, and after checking out, I thought I should simply call for delivery.

Couldn't open the door of my room since the key card didn't work. I made a call from my other room, and chatted with my friends while waiting. During these 3 hours, I've made 3or4 other phone calls, and still not a phone call I could get or anyone showed up to help me to open my hotel room's door. And btw, it was 12 o'clock in the midnight, and I still got a toddler waiting to be bathed.

The room card couldn t open the door. I first called my friend s room to inform me and waited while chatting. Later, I made three or four calls and it seemed like a ghost hit the wall. After three hours, I still didn t see the service staff help me. Open the door, it's 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, the children are still waiting to take a bath and go to bed.

The experience this time I got was so unbelievable. I even doubted myself, was this truly a Grand Hayatt?!

I LOVE IT. The staffs are welcome and pretty handy. It's close to the bus station, MRT, and taxy or grab is easy to find. Food-corner everywhere. It's a really great place to be with family.

Service was very great and the food is super delicious. They provide various local food such as Indian, Malay and Chinese mee laksa. I love the food and would like to go back again if I have chance.

I stayed in the older building and, while I generally prefer modern rooms, my room was quite comfortable, very clean, well-maintained, and very spacious. (I got the most basic room and it had a separate living room and bedroom with a door in between, like a suite.)

Service is very professional and pleasant and Mezza9 and Pete's Place have outstanding vegan options. It would be great if they could offer more vegan options on the room service menu.

The location, which is why most people choose this hotel, is perfect, at the intersection of Scotts and Orchard, and right next to the MRT station.

Really like the function rooms for events with perfect organization. Couple of good restaurants inside too. There is the entrance to a club just next to it so it is a good people watching opportunity while waiting for a cab. Speaking of which, many high end cars are always parked there. All in all a nice place for many times of the day.

Straits Kitchen. Very nice buffet spread of many many local favorites. Taste wise generally not bad to good. Kinda pricey but a very convenient one stop dining experience for the tourist who wants to sample local cuisine. Staff is friendly and service is generally prompt.

CNY Double Boiled Superior Broth ,
Its a totally awful experience taking this soup as it is more like those served by caterers. Lobster roll served was grace saving for Mezza9 & their Bara Chirashi Don is not up to standard. Rice is cold . Will drop Mezza9 for others,U are advised to go elsewhere for better dining experience.

The Hyatt was fantastic! The hotel is large and somewhat impersonal, but as a business traveller, this suits me very well.

The room was large and spacious, the full work desk was great for catching up on work, bonus that it overlooked the pool deck. Free and fast WiFi throughout the hotel makes staying in contact easy and seamless.

The amenities in the room are well thought out and plentiful. I loved that there were six bottles of complimentary water that were replenished every day. The mini bar was a bit of a disappointment, so perhaps stop by at the nearby 7-Eleven if you want a more diverse range of snacks.

I loved the gym! It was well equipped with plentiful modern equipment. It's open 24 hours, so when you're jet lagged, you can get in a quick workout.

Ate at the oasis restaurant. Service is very good but the buffet selection is very poor, has a salad bar, roast lamb, some prawns, fish and other sides and desserts. Oysters were small in size compared to other restaurants offering a larger buffet selection. Bbq prawns were also not fresh and many were overcooked.
