Hyatt Singapore Review

Spacious rooms, special cleanliness, privileged location, OK facilities.

Went for corporate dinner at mezza 9. The service is superb and wonderful food. Ordered beef burger and a pint of beer. Also strongly recommend the vegan burger, portion is abit smaller than the beef one but still its one of a kind. Esp veg cheese they perfected it u cant find it elsewhere.

Grand Hyatt is located within a short walking distance of Orchard MRT, so it's highly accessible. Both the exterior and interior of the hotel is very well kept and the staff is friendly - the experience visiting the hotel was very good.

Everything was great. Only thing was that my luggage took so long to get to my room. Room service was also abit slow

Britax Bar is the perfect joint to hold a bachelor night for the guys. Service was good and the staff treated us with respect. The live band was awesome and we enjoyed chilling to it. Would definitely head back again when we want to have a night's worth of great party.

Went in to the hotel to purchase mooncakes. Ambience was good. Service was excellent (served at the moon cake counter).

Great, well-appointed rooms (new wing), excellent check-in staff. Club lounge was hit and miss though, with a few staff obviously catering more to Westerners than Asians.

Went here for a breakfast meeting. Superb breakfast spread!

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a few days for a business trip. I really enjoyed my stay here and will stay here again when I m in town.

The Grand Hyatt is located right in the middle of Orchard. The location is great and is easy to get to anywhere in Singapore from this location.

Service: 5 stars
The service from the staff was fantastic and everyone was quite friendly. The gym here is quite good. A bit on the small side but has new equipment and has everything you need.

Rooms: 3.5 stars
The rooms are a bit on the old side and could use some updating.

Breakfast: 4 stars
There is a good variety of food for the breakfast buffet. You can have western, Singaporean, and Indian. It is definitely better than your usual hotel buffet. Getting seated to your table is a bit strange here. Typically you just tell the server your room number and find a seat. Here they make the process more complicated leading to a line which isn t necessary.

Great hotel in an awesome location. Staff is amazing, restaurants and bars are all really nice, the gym & locker rooms are one of the best I've seen. Includes a steam & dry sauna, hot tub, and cold pool! Out front makes for amazing people watching, including celebrities and working ladies heading into the club next door late at night.

The food at Petes Place is delicious. The service there is excellent too.

Mezza9 bar has standard, quality cocktails for $14-18 SGD during happy hour. Nice, comfortable lounge atmosphere and attentive staff.

I enjoy the happy hour at Mezanine Bar dhring the early evening and the late night live band at Brix located at the basement.

It was a business meeting regarding a state of the art equipment/ technology that we are planning to get while the supplier explains to us the way it works and regarding it's efficiency and how it's affecting the hotel. We made used of the spaces provided to sit down and have a discussion which is very comfortable and peaceful with lots of malls around the area and we dined in the restaurant named MEZZA 9 in Grand Hyatt Hotel which provides quality food and services.

Was at the Grand ballroom for a wedding banquet. The staff waiting the tables were friendly and nice to talk to. The food tastes great and we're presented in a classy manner. The ambience was comfortable and grand.

Grand Hyatt has always been my list of fine hotel. This is my third time visit grand Hyatt Singapore.( once to the cigar bar, once to the buffet, and this time is for a breakfast meeting)

Cigar bar has been a pleasant trip, you can find diverse choice here. I also heard they have good selection of whisky that you can go with cigar(I didn t try tho)

The dinner buffet is one of the most famous in Singapore (that s what I see on google) and they didn t let me down

Breakfast is good as well. It s a place suitable for professional meeting, nice location, good service and decent food

The restaurant at The Grand Hyatt Singapore is a must visit. With plenty of cuisines to choose from there s something for everyone. While it is not cheap, it s definitely worth it.

Attended a seminar with coffee and lunch, excellent meals. Good service, but very expensive parking 75, - for four hours.

Lunch buffet is pretty good. Make sure you go there with empty stomach!

Good location at the prime Orchard Road shopping belt. Near Orchard MRT and Shaw Cinemas. Has one of the best buffets in town!

I love, love live the spread at straits kitchen!!! Its super delicious. A lil quiet in weekdays but that's where u can really eat in peace!!! I love the laksa. Amazing!!!!
