Good location. Comfotable. Good food, especial the Italian restaurant

Was there for drinks. Good quality stuff, service was normal.

Friendly staff. Nice place. Car park is alittle tight for large vehicles

StraitsKitchen...Some of the food was good but I didnt enjoy the long wait for food...waited 25 mins for the beef rendang. Ordered dessert ice cream and seasonal fruits and they took forever to serve. Had to order twice to get it served. Was there for wifey's birthday and was a huge dissapointment overall. Probably my first and last time going there.

For this particular instance, I was only there to meet a guest who was staying at the hotel. Great location, and BRIX is always a popular hangout spot.

Centrally located. The hotel is well furnished and maintained. Great selection of food at the club floor during breakfast hours. Staff are polite, friendly and engaging.

It was fine. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Not quite up-to-scratch for a 5* hotel. Probably won't stay here again on our next visit. But staff all absolutely lovely.

Attented pool side wedding event, space is limited such that half the guests are behind the bar counter above a short flight of stairs. Still, overall ambient is cost. Staff response time is commendable, observant and attentive. Obvious that all had gone through training or prior experience, doesn't seem to have part timers here. Facility is bit of a letdown, speakers are muffled and underpowered. Male and female shower and toilet cubicles have only 1 cubicle each resulting in having to walk across to other tower to avoid queue

Beautiful hotel, loved the interior and the facilities.

I visited for the Sunday brunch at the Mezza9. Food was excellent and the champagne was cold. Recommended it.

Overall a fabulous stay. I went on an all-expenses paid business trip to Singapore recently, and was concerned about the safety deposit I had to make for my 3-night stay. The hotel was generous enough to give me an 80% discount, which I am eternally grateful.
Room was spacious (I especially enjoy doing work on the executive desk), bed was a delight to sleep in, everything was spick and span, and breakfast spread was superb. Location was surrounded by both local and high-end shopping areas. International banks are a walking distance, which allowed me to use the ATM as if I'm in my home country.
Minor issue is the the TV doesn't support HDMI port.
Will return again, next time for leisure.

Went for buffet lunch at straits kitchen which has an buffet line up of hawker favourites. Best place to try all the local hawker delights under one roof if there is time constrain. Otherwise, better food can be found elsewhere as I feel that the standard of the food there is only average.

Quite a nice hotel located conveniently near Orchard Road. Staff were attentive and friendly. The room seemed a bit outdated but was clean. You need to walk two flights of stairs to get to the club lounge, so not the best for people with mobility issues. The lounge also seemed quite crowded at times. Security did appear to be a bit lax. You didn t need key cards to access guest floors during the day.

Had a high tea buffet. Awesome hospitality and choice of food. I will definitely return back if there is an opportunity.

Attended a wedding dinner. Banquet staff provided really good service, they constantly refilled the drinks and asked if we needed anything else.

Quality has dropped service bad. Wait time for food not good. Overall won't go back. Spent most. Of the brunch eating for plates bowls Yorkshire puddings etc etc. Used to be the best brunch in town. Far from it now

Visited the restaurant Mezza9 in Grand Hyatt. The service and food there are fantastic. You should really try the lobster in the pot.

Recenyly i went to this plsce, ordered 2 fish burger and tea o. The told me to sit and gave
Me a no. Afew minutes they sent me the food. The staff are polite and helpfuf to me and my maid. Thank you

The food at Straits Kitchen is really good! Authentic asian food that is savory and is not tweak to the taste of certain group of people who are not used to eating spicy food. The food is as spicy and flavory as they are meant to be!

A nice hotel with halal food if u r particular as it is owned by sultan of brunei. Large room with bath. Excellent choice for orchard road area.

Visited Brix at the basement of Grand Hyatt , the singers are wonderful , enjoyed every performance. Recommend it.

Great rooms and pool, breakfast is a little pricey but worth it. Located close to the under ground train to get where you need to, buy the two day pass for $26 and your set.

StraitsKitchen asian buffet lunch is nice. They serve oyster too. The service is great. Waiter constantly cleared the used plates on the table.

My wife and I were for a wedding dinner of her best friend. Sso we did not get to explore the hotel at all. It was held at the National Gallery "open-concept" ballroom. The food was good and the ambience was good too.

Went for the High Tea. Nice food and service was excellent.

The pillow is too soft, it feels uncomfortable to sleep, and it makes me fall asleep. The toilet is not clean enough. Others are pretty good, thank you. Will stay again

Room given to me was not having power. Then it took 20 minutes to provide another room. It all happened when i was fully tired from a long journey. I will be careful booking this hotel next time. Rooms are also getting older.

The hotel is conveniently located near many shops and restaurants. The room design is a bit outdated, especially the bathroom.

Buffet is great if you have Muslim friends in the group. Indian corner (curries) are awesome. Some things are overly sweet in the dessert table.

One of the star hotels of Singapore on very central part of Singapore. Easy to go around from here, well connected and central. I like their vegan eggwich.
