Hyatt Regency Riyadh Review

I was very happy during the stay ... the staff is polite and helpful... they upgrade our room and give us more time to check out... They have ladies gym so I didn t miss my workout ..

The Hyatt Regency Hotel's restaurant is bad and I would not recommend visiting it .. The menu is tired

A great hotel located on the commercial strip between King Fahad Road and Al Olaya Street, its northern entrance on a branch road, with beautiful decorations, many hotel rooms, multi-size rooms and spaces, has more than one restaurant.

Very good hotel .. Excellent location .. Good service .. Good staff .. Breakfast very good .. The restaurant is large in the morning offers buffet breakfast .. Me and my husband reserved one night we had conference at the afternoon , we arrived before 2 pm and they request us to wait until 2 , which is fine regarding to any hotel policy , but unfortunately the room wasn t ready until 2:45pm , and the conference was at the afternoon we wanted to have a nap after the flight and get ready .
Nice staff but slow service.
We tried the 56avenue resturant it was horrible , so beyond average , the bouphet was bad Houmos and labneh were dry and old , the bread was dry and hard in the mouth , the soup taste bad , brisket the beef it self was good but the sauce disgusting it s made of ketchup and water . And this terrible meal that I couldn t literally eat coast us

It s a shame that hotel fancy like this has this resturant . The hotel room it self have beautiful view , the room service food is good . But I wouldn t come back again .

I stayed here so that I could attend a conference. The staff were extremely accomodating, kind, and helpful. I got to know the valets quite well as they always greeted us as we left and when we returned. The view from the window is very nice and the rooms are up to date and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay.

The place is defective, transfers and crowds on Olaya Street, where getting in and out of the hotel is difficult

A good hotel with perfect rooms, prime location and one of the best breakfast buffets in Riyadh.

Friendly staff great place to stay and very neat and clean. They offer us a free upgrade to club room as welcoming for new gust. Love the spa there as well. Really like it and will love stay there again.

The rooms are small and the furniture is normal. I know how it has become five stars. The service is bad. We are late in transporting the bags. I would not recommend living in it to those looking for luxury.

Decent hotel in a great location and with a nice and open until midnight swimming pool. Rooms have cosy and ergonomic design. However, I feel that the level of service and freshness of food products are below the level for a top hotel. You can easily experience the difference vs. Ritz.

One of the best 5 star hotel in Riyadh. I stayed in many hotels. Hyatt is one of my best. The Fitness Club, the food, more than the service the staff is well trained to handle guests in a polite manner. Hats off to you Team Hyatt.
