Me and my husband reserved one night we had conference at the afternoon , we arrived before 2 pm and they request us to wait until 2 , which is fine regarding to any hotel policy , but unfortunately the room wasn t ready until 2:45pm , and the conference was at the afternoon we wanted to have a nap after the flight and get ready .
Nice staff but slow service.
We tried the 56avenue resturant it was horrible , so beyond average , the bouphet was bad Houmos and labneh were dry and old , the bread was dry and hard in the mouth , the soup taste bad , brisket the beef it self was good but the sauce disgusting it s made of ketchup and water . And this terrible meal that I couldn t literally eat coast us
400 SR !!
It s a shame that hotel fancy like this has this resturant . The hotel room it self have beautiful view , the room service food is good . But I wouldn t come back again .
