The plush hotel in Riyadh is like the hotels of Dubai

Good for training sessions, but its restaurant is not good

The place is very sophisticated and although not closed but it enjoys privacy, the service is wonderful and the desserts fascinate the prices are barely high but not overpriced

Lovely .. I believe the standard rooms are not too spacious

Amazing place to spend the weekend or your vacation in. It has a swimming pool, a gym (two gyms: one for ladies and one for men), a kids club, and a VIP lounge. The swimming pool includes a jacuzzi, steam and sauna. The kids club contains an Xbox (with 2 consoles), Legos and tables with chairs. 56 Avenue diner restaurant is a large open boufette for breakfast and dinner. It contains a variety of different and delicious food. The room has a good central air conditioning system. The stay here was really comfortable and it was an amazing night. The service was amazing too. I really recommend for you this hotel if you want a comfortable and a fun stay.

The hotel has almost a business style, so I have tried the hotel's coffee on the ground floor is nice, but its place is at the burger restaurant! I mean, the smell of cooking food I like, but the coffee is frankly comfortable and cheap. I don t have the Minimum charge for a person even if I don't take a room with them.

A very good location where you can reach a number of shopping areas and coffee shops. The restaurants in the hotel are good and I would recommend the (Azur) where you can try the fish dishes that are very good in quality and taste. As for business events, the place inside is small in size and you need to take that into consideration while the good location and parking areas around the hotel are more than sufficient.

The hotel is of global origin and the building is huge and expensive, but the value for the price is completely disproportionate. The staff are friendly and responsive to the highest extent and generous, but the capabilities available inside the rooms are weak.

The hotel is very bad, the air conditioning is hot. I asked to change the room, and after three hours, I was free. Maintenance was done, and the air conditioner level improved after I sweated.
The receptionist, after I checked in with him, said come after an hour, and the room is ready. I am banned and I did not get the room that I requested. They took me in a second room. The room that I requested with two separate beds.
The room I requested on the 27th floor, Hottouni, on the 3rd floor, in fact, this is one of the worst hotels ever, what even a star deserves.

The lobby, as a session, was better and more luxurious .. The prices of the lobby cafe became Mars .. a cup of tea with 25 excluding the tax

Beautiful, clean, quiet, sterile, I was on the 15th floor, the view, overlooking the Narcissus Hotel and Centria Center, the breakfast is varied and delicious, of course you choose the food and it is served to you according to your request because of Corona God takes it away from us all. The Regency Hotel is one of the five-star hotels..a elegant and elegant building. However, the level of services needs to be revised.
We got situations that bothered us ... from booking to using the lounge ..
We were booked on the upper floors and without smoking .. So we were on a lower floor and a smoking room ..
We were prohibited from using the lounge.
They gave us a room with a guest.
Not answering reception calls until after a while.

These are my remarks and I hope you pay attention to them because they harm the hotel's reputation.

Hyatt is one of the best hotel in the city to check in..... best in service starts when you check in... specially thanks to.. Mr. BULAND at the reception he make you feel at home. Very polite and professional past check in ,beautiful room design ... we request if he can give us the higher floor and immediately respond no problem .love the indoor pool my partner enjoy it ...well definitely come back Best regards
