The hotel is beautiful and clean. Location is great. You can walk to many restaurants and attractions. the staff is extremely helpful if you need recommendations for places to eat and they're also very kind. The rooms are clean and modern-looking. There is also a Starbucks in the hotel.
Beautiful spacious rooms, fancy bar with plenty of bourbon and whiskey options available along with craft beer. 10/10 would stay again.

The room is very nice and spacious. I love the giant television !! The style of the barracks is very modern and the boy who helped me to grab my fourth fountain very kind.

Very luxurious but I don't travel much. I was only there for 5 hours but it had a big tv nice beds and bathroom.
Nice hotel, friendly staff. We stayed one night on our way through the area. The one negative is that the air conditioning unit is loud. The rooms are otherwise very nice with fridge. Microwave and coffee maker. We ate in their restaurant for dinner and the breakfast buffet. Both were very good.
Great hotel right downtown. I really enjoyed the location it was close to lots of things to do and places to eat. The rooms were really nice and very clean.
Sonic has great menu options for a classic American drive in style restaurant, but I hold the opinion that if the bathroom isn't clean the kitchen isn't either.
The hotel was very nice. We went to the room I open the fridge it smelt like death someone did not take the old food out of the fridge. They charge our bill more then what they were supposed to.

Room was spacious and super clean! Only issue were the 6 children running around all the floors and using the elevator as a toy at 11pm The front desk immediately addressed the issue though so bravo!
Edit: Attempted to stay in this hotel again. The rooms were absolutely disgusting and the staff just laughed it off like it wasn't a big deal. 3 room changes later and we walked out to stay elsewhere. Clearly they only care to clean the higher priced rooms. 1

Nice hotel in the heart of downtown. 4th Street Live! is a block away (nice place to party/eat while you are in town). Very attentive staff and nice rooms. Close to the airport as well.
Biggest bummer? They charge for wifi-and it ain't cheap (14.95 A DAY). C'mon, Hyatt, this isn't 2002!
The front desk staff and the valet were top notch - very professional and friendly - but the rest of the hotel was oddly unenjoyable. Beds were hard, rooms didn't come with extra blankets, the tv lost reception due to rain (it rained all weekend), parking for hotel guests was filled by office workers in nearby buildings, housekeeping was strangely standoffish, and you need to use your card key to access the ice machine (which is located in the pool room???). Again, front desk and valet staff were excellent, but the room and hotel itself were a disappointment.
Love the place, great that they let us run up and down those stairs practicing for the longest association climb.

The hotel is located centrally downtown. Parking is either 13 or 24 dollars a day depending on if you use self parking or valet parking. The rooms are immaculate, large, and incredibly modern.The hotel staff are very helpful. There is a Starbucks within walking distance.
Wonderful room and very comfy beds. Bonus!!! 4th Street Live is right out the door. Don't want to leave, Sway has a fabulous menu. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and late night, Yum!

This hotel was conveniently located downtown, however, understandably it was noisy outside, because this hotel is directly across the street from the downtown bar scene, but it seemed to be more noisy INSIDE the hotel. It was very rude and no one seemed to be working at the front desk to take care of the problem. I slept worse here than at home with my three very young children (and they were not with me at the hotel). There was no complimentary anything! No place to get a cup of coffee or tea, no free WIFI, no mini fridge in the room to keep drinks or snacks! It was way overpriced to not offer any of these! Thankfully we received breakfast buffet coupons! They charged $20 for breakfast buffet that was nothing near worth that! Nothing special.
My daughter stayed at this hotel in late August 2010 and got bitten by bedbugs! She had to cut her trip short. Beware everyone, the hotel denies bedbug problem but our Dr. confirms it! Otherwise, service is ok and noise levels are not acceptable.
Great hotel. I stayed for 2 nights back in September 2018 to attend an authors conference. The room was big, clean and the front desk were helpful and nice.
There was a big group of younger kids there while I stayed. They were running and screaming in the halls late at night. I called down to the front desk and they said they would take care of it but they didn't. Very unhappy.

Carpet in the room was a little dirty. All Staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. Stayed on 15th floor which gets no reception when it rains. The signal for my internet and tv went out when it rained. Parking is $10 a day for guests. No validated parking.
Extremely nIce rooms, great view, and in a good location. Overall a really comfortable place.
