Very good service. Its cosmetics in the spa assortment. The accommodation includes a swimming pool and gym, they are awesome and you can sour for a day. Ideal in the rain. The rooms are of the highest quality, which is nice. The cuisine is delicious, especially sashimi and all Asian cuisine. The only negative - bear long.

Receptionist called Aleksandra very rude and arrogant. No adherence to customer service, not worthy of being called 5-star with zero star staff. Not used to luxury tourism as in the West. Hyatt definitely need to get their staff in order over there.

Old rooms, there is fatigue in all furniture and structures. The reception is not working quickly. Do not report the recording by the hour to the pool. At the request of the staff responds very slowly and always with 2 attempts (even 3 attempts), the supply of cars continued. When booking a room by phone offered a 20% discount, in fact it was not provided. Breakfast does not correspond to the declared cost.
Therefore, taking into account the service, attitude, cuisine, condition of the room stock, it seems that the star level of the hotel does not correspond to the stated. In the future, for such funds we will bypass this hotel chain. And recommend it to your friends.

One of the best hotels in Kyiv! Service is at the top level, rooms - spacious (Hyatt standard :) ). Location in the very center of the city and literally next to two old monasteries was once challenged by locals, but nowdays became very much accepted. Very well appointed SPA with wide choice of treatments.

Wonderful restaurant, but the hotel parking is paid

Aside from price, this hotel had it all, from excellent staff, to perfect location, to rooms that you might not want to leave because of the awesomeness of the towels, bathrobe, and luxurious bathtub. But do go for a walk because just a few minutes down the block are some of Kiev's best bars, pubs, and restaurants!

Not a very welcoming place, there is no special offer for honeymooners. There is a spa, a swimming pool. The rooms are beautiful

Good hotel with perfect service, wonderful location, spacious rooms and very good breakfasts. Expensive. There are more interesting variants for value for money criteria in JKievbut the stay in this Hyatt doesn't make you feel disappointed.

The hotel has a good location close to the central Maidan square as well as several historic cathedrals. The Asian restaurant's food is high quality and there are good gym facilities and swimming pool.

Wonderful SPA in the historical center of Kiev
You can have a great rest and recover without leaving the city, leaving the care of yourself to professionals. And then enjoy aromatic tea by the beautiful fireplace in the lobby in winter. Or dine with friends or partners on the incredible terrace during the warmer months.
In addition, certificates in SPA and the Olympus Club can be a wonderful gift for your family and friends.

Ridiculous architecture in the most beautiful historical place in Kiev.

In the beds you can sleep, bathe in the bathroom and there is also breakfast. Even with drinks. Elevators and doors work flawlessly.

Shisha woman throwed menu on the table and stood in closed posture. I asked which flavors do they have. She replied tell me what you want I will do. The shisha was ok, but when we called her to fix it she didn't pay attention and after finally we were able to catch her she replied: "You need to wait. I have other work." And she started to serve other customers who came much later.

The service at the entrance is awesome! You will surely be told that the Parking is 50 UAH, considering that the visitor does not go to look at the hotel. The staff at the restaurant does not know the menu, does not understand English, caviar is brought in an hour, and bread after 30 minutes, when ordering a dessert for dessert, expect that a waiter will approach you and ask if you are ready to pay 400 UAH for a plate of fruit, after you have tasted 2 plates of black and red caviar, the main dish, by the way, was brought a side dish 10 minutes later to the main dish

This is by far the best Hotel I ve been to, especially at times like now (COVID-19), service was amazing and so are the facilities!

Was only in a restaurant for 8, very tasty dishes and a huge selection of cocktails. Night view is something.

I stayed here for a couple of days. The room and the bed was very comfortable. Centrally located near St. Sofia Cathedral. I wish the breakfast spread was a bit better. On two nights I had dinner here. Disappointing menu options and very poor service. As a hotel, offers great stay.
