I visited here, and more than once, I was in the rooms, I didn t sleep, but I managed to evaluate the situation with my own eyes. The level is serious, the rooms are clean, well maintained. The staff, well-trained, knows their job. You can see the real professionals. Digging, absolutely nothing. I recommend this hotel to stay

Calm, serene decoration. The moment you walk in, you surrender. Relax. Same calm in rooms. It is everything you expect from a premium hotel and more. The breakfast is an indulgence. Delicious and gorgeous. I have immensely enjoyed my stay here.

A great place for both business meetings and romantic dates! Bar in the lobby with a luxurious fireplace ... nice to work online with a glass of wine and by the fire! And do not forget to visit the bar on the 8th floor! Types awesome!

Do not order food here. Horror! Greek salad is not fresh, feta cheese has a bitter mildew taste, vegetables have an unpleasant stale taste.

Excellent modern hotel in the center of Kiev. Comments are superfluous. Were with my wife and son a couple of days, while there was an apartment in special processing. The price tag is high for Ukrainians, but absolutely acceptable for foreigners.

Not much to say about the outside, impressed with the lobby and views from the lift on way to the 8th bar. The outside terrace overlooks St Sophie Church.

Very positive impressions after staying at this hotel. The hotel staff are true professionals. The rooms are spacious and tidy. The room offers a great view from the window to the square (in the New Year and Christmas period is a special beauty). The hotel also has a delicious breakfast. There is also a spa and swimming pool. I recommend it!

Top grade service, attention to detail, nice rooms. Regency lives up to its reputation in Kiev. Definitely pricey for Ukraine but free fruit and baller status are included in the package.

Despite the general color of the place, international recognition and, I am sure, excellent service and rooms, for me attending the event in this place was an unpleasant moment. I use a wheelchair, so when I went I was sure that everything in this place is made in the best European traditions, but as it turned out, and the terrible architectural traditions of our country have influenced the standards of Hyatt.
A horrible and dangerous structure, which is impossible to use, was installed in the place where the ramp should have been. Also, because it is slippery and the same color as the stairs, people with a violation (and without sure) can easily get serious injuries there, without simply noticing that there is no stairs. The management knows about it, after all there is a barrier from above.
I put two stars only because the staff helped, but it's awful.

I didn t like the fact that local security guards, with or without reason, took the keys to the guests' cars and, even if there was no need to do so, considered it their duty to drive them at least a few meters behind the wheel, without the proper skills and experience. Otherwise, everything is very up to date.
