Joe Kano is the wizard of the improved nano Yuko, which I can t live without. As one of the originals of this process, he won t mess around and fry your hair if it s not healthy enough. I see him for my 4 hour process, check out the hip and happening clientele and enjoy Angel s magic fingers for my wash ever 6-8 months and can easily tolerate the busy, hustle and bustle atmosphere. There are a lot of other talented hair artists around here, including Marcus, the inventor of bay age, not to mention the captain of this crew, Giuseppe Franco, who is by far, the coolest guy I ve ever met!

There is no better place in Beverly Hills , CA . To have your hair done. Cut color shampoo, blow dry, you name it. Giuseppe is awesome. My entire family loves this place.
I got my hair cut and styled yesterday by Victoria. I can not be more happy with the results!!! She transformed me! I will be back to see her.!! Everyone at the salon is super friendly and the place was very clean.
This salon discriminates against black women. I filled out an application on Glassdoor. Someone from their salon sent me an email to come in for an interview. So I did. When I arrived, there was a blonde woman, who was a stylist. I let her know I was there for an interview, she said to fill out an application. She said someone would interview me. After I filled out the application, the stylist told me to send in a resume which they should have already had. I am taking them to court for discrimination.
Astonished and upset by a terrible haircut here (if you can call it that) and sporting a burnt scalp to boot....Hopefully I can find someone to fix this mess
IF YOU WANT TO GO TO THIS SALON, MAKE SURE YOU ARE GOING TO A STYLIST WHO IS EMPLOYED BY THE SALON, AND NOT SOMONE WHO JUST RENTS A CHAIR!!!!!! My hair was absolutely DESTROYED by PATRICK THEOHAR. The top of my hair was turned almost black, and rest of my hair was light brown. But that's not the worst part. I had beautiful hair down to my waist... And asked if I wanted thicker bangs. And I said not too much, but a little bit thicker would be fine... And he then cut 2 feet of hair off each side of my face. And now it looks like I have sideburns!!!! Then he said I needed layers. I and said I did not want layers, because my hair is not very thick. And he insisted that that is why I needed them. He pulled up my hair ready to cut, and I said "NO!" He cut it, and say "too late!!!" But assured me I would love it. Patrick has AMAZING CHARISMA!!!! And a fantastic personality. But he cannot cut or color hair!!!!! I now have to live with a random chunk of hair 5 inches above the rest of my hair. Which I honestly don't even think qualifies as a "layer." I really don't know what the hell this is supposed to be. I just know it looks ridiculous.I have cried numerous times. I contacted Patrick several times with no response. And I called the salon numerous times, and was told that they take no responsibility because he is an "independent contractor." So..... Since I live in Chicago, and was just visiting LA, there's nothing I can do. It is going to take 6 YEARS for me grow out this disaster. At the risk of sounding superficial, I truly am depressed as a result of this haircut and color. The LEAST the salon could do, is offer to pay my salon in Chicago to try to do something to make this look somewhat decent. But instead, both Patrick, and the salon ignored every phone call and every text message. In my opinion, this is not a way to do business. My hair stylist in Chicago said that it looks like whoever cut my hair, has never had any training at all. Definitely do not go to Patrick Theohar!!!!! And honestly, I wouldn't recommend going to this salon at all, based on how I've been treated. Even if the stylist just rents a chair, the salon should take some kind of responsibility. They should require Patrick to refund the cost of the cut and color, and/or pay my salon to fix the disaster he made. The salon also should not allow someone to rent a chair in their facility who doesn't have proper training. And the salon should not allow anyone who works in their salon to simply ignore unsatisfied clients. Both Patrick and the salon have been completely unprofessional. This happened almost two months ago. And I have gotten nowhere with anyone I've talked to. And I am still completely devastated. Every morning I wake up, and try to style my hair, and I am so, so, so, so sad. I look ridiculous. And neither Patrick, nor anyone at that salon cares at all.

The salon is always clean and busy in a good way. The looping video of Giuseppe hamming it up with celebrities in the background adds just the right note of Beverly Hills kitsch.
No one more experienced at running a high end salon. He is still the boss of Beverly Hills! Very accommodating during this pandemic. Can't wait for everything to be back to normal. This is world class, very professional and friendly staff... but competitively priced.
Giuseppe is the BEST! I had a very bad experience in a salon, it was a busy Saturday! I walked over to Giuseppe Franco salon straight from the other salon in tears! He was so nice, after he learned my normal hair dresser wasn t there that day, he found me someone and made sure she charged me the same price as my normal lady does! The day and my hair was saved! That will teach me not to go else where! Thank you Giuseppe Franco, you are AWSOME!
The environment was relaxing and the salon was very clean, impecable. The shampoo with massage was great. The customer service was extraordinary and the best part I got the best haircut ever. Timon my stylist is amazing, I have not stopped receiving compliments on my stylish haircut.
