excellent service !! Cleo is so great at making sure you get what you asked for. as for me, I went in not sure what i wanted to do and let her decide what she thought would be the best for spring , i ended up more than pleased with her color choice and designs. definitely will be going back :))
My friend and I went there and requested 'Spa Pedicures' - of course there are two spa pedicures and of course they did not bother to ask which one we wanted, they just went and gave us the higher priced one. We mentioned to the manager who just said, "sorry." I reluctantly paid but then was furious so I called them and told them they had to refund the difference, at first she resisted but agreed to give me a gift card after I threatened to contact the Department of Consumer Affairs but said she would have to check with the employees who did the pedicure to see if they advised me of the price. She called me back and admitted that they did not advise but said I saw the price list, like I know the difference? I definitely did not say "I'd like to more expensive spa pedicure."
In any event, it's amazing to me that they rather make a quick $30 than keep a customer and it's a shame because we would have totally gone back, so how many thousands are they missing out because of $30?
Plus I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company, filing a formal complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs and the New York State Attorney General's office-hope that $30 helps get their new business started after I shut them down.
Outstanding service. Very attentive....great greeting when I came in. It was so great I was out late on A Saturday night and decided that I wanted to get a mani in my way home at 10 at night. Not super easy to do on a Sat. I got a great mani. I would have been a bit off put by the price for a regular mani had it not been so late. But it was really good- so okay.
TERRIBLE. I went here to get SNS nails done and I knew when it was happening that something was not right. The lady out about four times too thick of polish on me. After a couple of days my nails started to hurt super bad and when I went back to show them they agreed they had done it incorrectly. It took over an hour for them to use the little saw to take the polish off! I didn t even ask for a refund, just asked that they put regular polish on and they refused!!! Over the next few days my nails turned black because they had been suffocating under the too thick polish. I couldn t believe they would not refund for this terrible work. Do not recommend!!!

This salon has an amazing massage therapist! They scheduled an appointment for me at such short notice, and the massage was amazing! Highly recommend.
Great experience! I went in for my first pedicure since before the pandemic and I m so glad I picked this spot. Relaxing atmosphere, nice employees, and really attentive work. I will be back again!
The only reason I can give this place two stars is that it's clean. Perhaps it was the manicurist I had, but I have never had a worse gel manicure in my life. On top of this, it was exorbitantly over-priced ($55), particularly for the quality. I had two nails chip within two days. I went to have them fixed and the second girl to fix them could peel the remnants of the nails off. Then when she fixed them, when I didn't offer a tip, I was given crazy looks. No surprise, within a week another nail chipped multiple times, as did a second a day later. Definitely not worth the $100+ I spent on a gel mani and regular pedi..
Love this very calm and service oriented salon. It's super clean and friendly. Whether you want a simple mani/pedi or have a fancier request, these lovely ladies will do it for you. Long hours open to accommodate working women. Highly recommend.
They are rude and horrible customer service, I have no words to describe how rude they are. Don't visit this place, don't pay for bad service.
